Hi everyone! Okay, so I am hosting my very first fandub! Yay! And since Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, PGSM for short, was what got me hooked on Sailor Moon, I decided to make that my first dub.

For those who don't know, PGSM is the live action adaptation of Sailor Moon It follows the manga much more closely than the anime did in some areas, but in others, it goes off in a completely different direction. If you want to know more, I suggest you read this article.

Now, on to what you really care about: Auditioning! But unfortunately, that also means that we're moving on to the thing that everyone hates: Rules. Well, they're more of what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules.

1. If you want to audition, please record the lines provided and sing if asked to. If you aren't comfortable with singing, that doesn't mean that you can't audition. You can audition for just the speaking role of the character, however, I would prefer for both the speaking and singing roles go to the same person.

2. Once you have recorded said lines, please pm them to me as an mp3.

3. Parts will be announced as I find the right VA for the character. I have self cast myself as Sailor Moon, but here is an audition I did for her, so that you will know that I am up to the part.

4. DEADLINE EXTENDED!!!!!!! THE NEW DEADLINE IS APRIL 4TH AT 11:59:59 EASTERN TIME

5. I'm looking for people who will be committed to this project. While we are going to take this one episode at a time, I would like to dub the entire series. If you are not prepared to stay in this for the long haul, perhaps this is not the project for you.

6. DiC/Cloverfield voices aren't really what I'm looking for, so try to shy away from them.

7. If you are given a part, you will also be asked to voice extras (such as random students, Youmas, ect.) or small parts (Rei's father, Ami's mother, Sacho, ect.) or both.

8. Please have a CLEAR MIC. This is very important. Also, try to have as little background noise as possible.

9. If you are given a part, please message me with a link to your youtube account, if you have one. I am also casting there.

10. Have fun with this! You can audition for as many characters as you want, as many times as you want, so no pressure. I'm a lot of fun to work with, and I'm sure that this will be a good experience for us all!

Bio: Usagi is a happy girl who loves life. She is a bit of a crybaby, but matures as the series continues. She would do anything to help her friends, even if it meant sacrificing her life. She also has to deal with more serious things, such as controlling Princess Sailor Moon, and her relationship with Mamoru that could cause the world to end. Please note that whoever is cast as Sailor Moon will also be playing Princess Sailor Moon.
Voice type: High and happy.

Bio: Ami is an extremely smart girl and her main focus is studying. She attends the best cram school in Japan, gets the top scores on all the tests, and her dream is to become a doctor just like her mom. She is very polite and soft spoken, and desperately wants to have friends. But that desperate need is used against her, and she temporarily becomes evil. Please note that whoever is cast as Sailor Mercury will also be playing Dark Sailor Mercury.
Voice type: Medium high. Quiet and shy.

Bio: Rei is a priestess at a Shinto shrine. Her father left her to be raised there after her mother died. She has an amazing spiritual sense, which scares the other girls at her school. At first, she does not want to be friends with the other senshi, but she eventually warms up to the idea, and becomes good friends with all of them, especially Minako.
Voice type: Medium and rather blunt.
Age: 14-15

Bio: Mako has been living on her own ever since her parents left her when she was 10. She is very strong and can take care of herself. She appears to be a bit of a tomboy, but is really rather feminine; she enjoys cooking and her dream is to become a florist.
Voice type: Medium. Very strong and independent. This is what I mean.
Age: 14-15

Sailor Venus/Aino Minako

Bio: Minako is a pop idol who is extremely popular. She has a terminal illness and is often in and out of the hospital. However, that does not deter her from working to fulfill her mission to protect the Princess of the Moon. Before coming forth as Sailor Venus, she fought crime under the alias of Sailor V. When she finally revealed herself, she claimed to be the Moon Princess, in order to buy the senshi more time to find the real princess. She is the leader of the Sailor Senshi.
Voice type: Medium high and serious.
Age: 14-15

Luna/Sailor Luna

Bio: Luna is first introduced as the guardian cat of Usagi, and is portrayed as a stuffed cat in the live action series. Her job is to find the Sailor Senshi and train them. After she is showered in the light of the Silver Crystal, she is able to become human and use her own Senshi powers once again.
Voice type: High and cute. Remember, you're supposed to be a plush cat.
Age: Cat, ??; Human, 10-11

Queen Beryl

Bio: Evil queen of the Dark Kingdom. While Endymion is the one she loves, she often will lead certain members of the Shitennou on in order for them to work harder for her. Her mission is to revive Queen Metallia, win Endymion's heart, and plunge the world into darkness with Endymion by her side.
Voice type: Medium low. Evil and seductive.
Age: Looks to be in her late 20s or early 30s

Osaka Naru

Bio: Naru is Usagi's best friend and loves to chase boys and sing Karaoke with her. Her mother is a famous jeweler, which unfortunately makes them targets for Youma and Tuxedo Mask. She becomes jealous of Ami when Usagi starts spending less time with her in favor of hanging out with Ami, but eventually comes to accept their relationship.
Voice type: Medium high to high and bubbly.
Age: 14-15

Tsukino Ikuko

Bio: Usagi's mom. She is a great cook, and your standard cool mom.

Bio: Hina is Mamoru's fiance. She is very sweet and really loves Mamoru, but she has to come to terms with the fact that Mamoru loves Usagi, and is only with her out of loyalty to her father. She eventually accepts that and lets him go his own way.
Voice type: Medium. Very sweet and kind.
Age: 18-19

Bio: Tuxedo Mask is after the Silver Crystal, and wants it to help him remember his past (in his current life). Along the way, he meets Sailor Moon and often helps her out of sticky situations. While he likes Sailor Moon, he is not very fond of Usagi when he first meets her. Despite the rough beginning, he eventually becomes Usagi's boyfriend.
Voice type: Deep.
Age: 18-19

Kunzite

Bio: Leader of the Shitennou. Feels betrayed by his master (Mamoru/Endymion) and is seeking revenge. Has no respect whatsoever for Queen Beryl, which greatly angers Jadeite and Nephrite. The only reason he serves the Dark Kingdom is so Queen Metallia will be revived and he can finally have is revenge on all who wronged him.
Voice type: Deep. Often vengeful when speaking of Mamoru/Endymion, Princess Serenity, or his past life. Rather nonchalant the rest of the time.
Age: Around 25.
Line 1: Sailor Senshi? I think I want one.
Line 2: (to Zoisite) Why concern yourself with the master now? He is a man who should be eliminated! Never interfere again. Got it?
Line 3: (to Mamoru in a tone of vengeance. Not raising his voice.) Once, you told me to "Chase after myself" right? "No need to be afraid of knowing". It's your fault. You betrayed us, and thus this planet was destroyed. I will have my revenge on everyone against me. First master, will be you.

Bio: One of the Shitennou. He is in love with Queen Beryl and tries hard to please her by finding the Mystical Silver Crystal, but no reliable information to work with, he always winds up being mocked for is failures. He is a very angry character.
Voice type: Deep and angry.
Age: 20-25

Zoisite

Bio: One of the four Shitennou. He remembers the past life and is extremely loyal to his master. At first, he was loyal to Beryl, but once he met Tuxedo Mask, he remembered everything about the past. He wants the other Shitennou to remember the past fully and recognize Endymion as their master. He also wants to destroy Princess Serenity, convinced that she was the reason Endymion betrayed them. He is a great pianist, and uses his music to contact Mamoru, and also to attack his enemies.
Voice type: Medium low. Never raises his voice. Is very intense and brooding.
Age: 20-25
Line 1: You're being disrespectful, Kunzite! I know you remember our Master from your past life.
Line 2: That's why...so that we do not repeat the tragedy in out past life...we should be with out Master!

Bio: He is the guardian cat of Minako and is portrayed as a stuffed toy in the live action series. He is very caring, and encourages Minako to undergo the surgery.
