Ever since I laid eyes on this game, I have been awed... in an awesome way! Because it's both (a) an awesome game, due to the graphical style and (b) shows the true authenticity of both the aesthetics and depth of the Japanese underworld that is the yakuza. Despite the VA in the game being top-notch (and to some... mediocre), this deserves to be fandubbed!

In a society where respect and honor holds great importance, there is an even higher regard for these traits within the one organization that is most feared by all: the Yakuza. Kazuma Kiryu - a former rising star in the Yakuza who is rebuilding his life after serving a 10-year prison term for murder - suddenly finds himself caught in a spiraling underworld plot involving a mysterious girl known as Haruka and a missing ¥10 billion ($100 million). Kazuma must use his fists and his wits to stay alive as he unravels the complex web of truth and lies that surrounds the notorious Yakuza.

In Part B, Kazuma bumps into a yakuza and beats him down... only to find that he belongs to a crazy brother by the name of Goro Majima, Captain of the Majima Family which is a subsidiary of the Shimano Family. Majima pounds on his enforcer as punishment, only to have the finishing blow thwarted by Kazuma. Of course, he gets a little lesson from the crazy brother. Afterwards, Kazuma goes to Serena to meet the lead hostess, Reina and one of his childhood friends, Akira Nishiki. The two talk before another childhood friend shows up... by the name of Yumi Sawamura. And the rest, they say... is history.

Wow..intense! My goodness, there is never a dull moment in these clips. Something sudden always occurs. As usual, the cast is stellar. =D Loved the performances by every here. Great job! The mixing is solid!

Awesome clips so far, LG! You're doing a good job producing these and you have a great VA cast to top it off. Though I haven't played this game, everyone's performance is selling me.

LG: Your debut as Kazuma was superb. Your inflections and downplayed emotion were well acted. You really do make one heck of a yakuza (and you were right when you said I don't, haha XD).

BladeBlur: Holy--! Dude, where did your Gourry voice run off to?! XD You pulled off Shimano great! Like Sayaka said, that was intense anger and gruffness. Never would think to hear you in a role like this. Kudos, man.

VoiceBox: A smooth, relaxed voice for smooth, relaxed character. I liked your tonality and the few liberties you took with pauses.

BlueLeader: Enjoyed your realistic and fitting voice for this role. Just like everyone else, you did well in bringing out the clan leader's older age and demeanor.

Russell: Your dialogue with LG was on-point and paced well. I haven't heard any of your work before, but seems like these types of dark characters suit you.

Hime-Kiwi: Nice womanly gasp you have there XD. I'll be hearing more of you in Kanon as Akiko. =]

Mixing was executed with accuracy and quality. I did hear some background noise for the Kazuma and Shintaro dialogue, but the performances were great nonetheless. Keep up the good work, LG! This is completely different from Key, and I like it. ^^;
