What I'd Like To Say...
It's been a long time coming, but it's finally here. ^_^ The reason for the delay varies from personal issues to having to recast one of the roles three times after the original VA vanished and I couldn't get a hold of the understudy.
But now it's here and I feel good about it, especially because this is my first time doing this. ^_^
Keep in mind this is suppose to be like a movie while listening to this part, as well as future parts. Any feedback would be helpful.
A special thank-you for the cast for sticking with me through this. Finally it's out!

For a first time, this is amazing, and I'm proud to be a part of such a wonderful production, even if it was a small, one-liner ^^;. That said, the voices you cast for all the roles really do sound like the character (though there was a moment when Shadow kinda reminded me of the new Batman, but meh). You used BGMs very effectively; they added the right ambiance without interfering with the dialogue. I think it helped that each member of the cast had a full script, so it sounds natural, even though we didn't all record together.
And the bloopers were hillarious!
Can't wait for the next chapter!
Currently Cast As:
- Rachel, extras - The Elysium Project
- Ghost Girl 1 - Coraline
- Female Voice Over Intercom - Sonic Chronicles, ep 1
- Pirate Crewperson - Twin Stars, ep. 7

OMG. YES. SONIC CHRONICLES MOVIE~! I had to put everything aside and listen to this... and critique because I been waiting for this for so long, lol.
Gamebuddy/Sonic: Once again another solid performance from you Gamebuddy as the speedster. I loved the "yee-haw" you gave when the Tornado blasted off, it really added a little something extra special to that part of the scene. A minor thing, but I wish Sonic would have had a little more attitude in his voice when he was bragging to Amy, but that's just my preference there. But other than that, you still make a great Sonic!
Battousai/Tails: I am so humbled to get a chance to play my favorite Sonic character. The little fox is a dream role of mine. Even though I wasn't originally casted as him, I was stoked when you asked me to take over. *g* Anyway, I think I did fine in some lines, but other lines I probably was too flat in my delivery. I'll definitely be watching like a hawk for critiques so I can improve my performance for the next part if Tails is in it!
Cafechan/Amy: You most definitely have the perky voice needed for a chick like Amy, but I felt you were sometimes holding back a little in your acting. I think the best example would be when Amy said "Crash?!"... I guess given the seriousness of the situation, I was expecting her to sound more "OMGWTF?!" but she sounded rather... calm to me. With that said, you did have some great moments, most notably to me when Sonic and Knux were doing that spinny tornado bit, I liked that!
Big K/Knuckles I don't think I've heard much of your work before, so this was my first real good opportunity for me to get a feel for it. I think you were a really good casting choice as Knuckles. My favorite lines were when Knuckles was mumbling when Amy ignored him for Sonic, and then when he yelled at Tails. I look forward to hearing more of you whenever Knuckles shows up again.
Mippa/Rouge: I love you as Rouge because you always nail the character down every single time. It's like you don't even have to try, it sounds like it just comes naturally. I don't know how much more I can say... it was very, very good!
True_Blue/Shadow: Whoa, you sound very much like Jason G's version of Shadow, and I don't mind that one bit. You might even be a little better than him! You have a firm grasp on the character, making him sound just emo and indifferent enough, LOL. You are a fantastic Shadow!
Hathor Liderc/Eggman: This is probably my favorite performance of all, and that's saying something because I pretty much liked everyone in this! But you ARE Eggman. Wowsers. *bows at your feet* I am impressed beyond belief.
1337 Bum/Swatbots: You make a good Swatbot. Very monotone and scary like. Nice work. *waves white flag and surrenders* XD
River Kanoff/Narrator: Your voice is smooth sounding and ideal for narrating. You pretty much said everything clear enough while narrating, except for one of your later lines... the end sounded like you suddenly had a lisp or something. But other than that minor bit, you helped keep the story flowing together nicely!
Pokejedservo/G.U.N. Commander: You pretty much sounded how I expected the commander... er, Commander WILKOS to sound, hehe. You have a nice gravely sound in your voice. My only complaint was that sometimes you sounded to me a bit flat in your delivery. But by in large, you make a nice addition to the cast here!
Ryusuke/G.U.N. Soldier: You only had one line~ so it's a bit hard to judge fully. But it was kind of hard to understand what you were saying. Just slow down a little and it would've been fine!
CeiEllem/Female VO: Again, only one line here... but you made it work!
(EDIT) Kylor/Gerald Robotnik: OMG how could I forget the very first voice I heard? LOL. You sounded just fine and dandy~! I liked!
For a first timer mixing, wow, you did a very good job Mobius! As impressed as I am with the mixing, the writing I think is even MORE impressive. The dialogue matches all of the characters, and I enjoyed the little moments of humor you managed to inject along with reference to past games. (Like Eggman mentioning kidnapping the little furries for his badniks) I also kind of like how you tried to pull different elements from the various Sonic universes and make them work here.
And the bloopers were LOL-worthy, nice!

...listening to it now...I think you're right... I knew I should of taken a few more takes that day before turning it in.
That aside, I thought this was very well done. The mixing and writing, especially. Though, the "Let's go team!" makes me think Sonic Heroes. Minor qualm. Don't worry about it. The bloopers were hilarious. Too bad I didn't get the time to turn in mine.
Gamebuddy/Sonic: I think the last time I've heard your Sonic was in the Sonic Shorts. Your voice fits and just an overall great performance. And, I agree you could of little more 'tude when Sonic was bragging towards Amy. But yeah, other than that, you did a good job!
Battousai/Tails: Your voice kind of sounded like Amy Palant. Don't really have a problem with that. Though, you do end up being a bit squeaky at some times. But, I thought you did a good job with the character. Though, that one line when they were escaping was a bit slurred. "But the ship is already losing altitude!"
Cafechan/Amy: Your acting felt like it was being held back somehow. But, your voice fits.
Big K/Knuckles: Loved your Knuckles voice. Tough, without sounding older than he is.
Mippa/Rouge: Suave, smooth, I could go on. You just nailed her.
True_Blue/Shadow: Battousai was right. You do kind of sound like Jason Griffith's Shadow. But, you did a great job with the character. Making him sound just indifferent (and not emo?)
Hathor Liderc/Eggman: Can I get your autograph?
1337 Bum/Swatbots: Robots for the win!
River Kanoff/Narrator: Great narrating! You were loud and clear.
Pokejedservo/G.U.N. Commander: Delivery kind of fell flat at some points, but the gravelly voice you gave him suits the Commander. *salutes*
Ryusuke/G.U.N. Soldier: Dear lord...my reading skills two months ago with low stamina on a rush for the win... *EPIC cringe* Ack, it's too much.
CeiEllem/Female VO: One line. But, you did great.
Kylor/Gerald Robotnik: I liked it. Distortion kind of made it hard to hear (must be my volume), but you did well!
Overall, the performances were great!

Thanks for the crits, guys. This was probably one of the first productions I got cast in, so my voice acting in it is a little old. :> I've learned how to put a little more emotion since then. I've also gotten a better mic, and yeah... Not that I'm making excuses! I do need to put more energy in, and I'm still working on this. I hope I'll do better in the next part... ////
The bloopers made me laugh so hard that my mom (who was downstairs) was like, "Are you laughing or crying?! o_O -worried-" XDDD
Narrator/River Kanoff: I liked your voice. Sounds nice and pleasant. <3
Sonic the Hedgehog/Gamebuddy: You are such a great Sonic! You're very energetic, and spunky, which is perfect for him~. I really enjoyed your performance.
Miles "Tails" Prower/Battousai: Tails is a hard character to play. You nailed his little boy "rasp" very well, and he sounded really cute. Sometimes, I felt like I heard your voice through his a little too much, but otherwise, you did a great job~
Knuckles the Echidna/BigK: You are the perfect Knuckles. O: I really, really liked your tone.
Amy Rose Hedgehog/Cafechan: Bleh~ D|
Rouge the Bat/Mippa: Like everyone else said, you play Rouge so naturally. I really loved it.
Shadow the Hedgehog/True_Blue: You did a great job playing such a monotone character... like, you get the emotions in without going of character.
Doctor Eggman/Hathor Liderc: Wow, you did an amazing job capturing Eggman's gravelly texture!!! Two thumbs up!
Swatbots/1337 Bum: You sounded cool! XD You were an awesome robot~~~
GUN Commander/Pokejedservo: You were so serious and... like, I don't know, you SOUND like a commander. Great job.
GUN Soldier/Ryusuke: Nice~! Even though it was just a one-liner, you sounded good.
Gerald Robotnik/Kylor: You sound so evil and awesome. O: I love it.
Female V/O Intercom/CeiEllem: Your voice is pretty, very fitting!
And the mixing was amazing. I'm so honored to be a part of this production!!
I used to voice act a lot here, and then a thing called college happened...

This has plenty of very good performances all around, and yes the outtakes were rather amusing. (And quite fun to do of course.) But still all the performances go from pretty good to great, overall this has been a rather interesting prolougue.

Wow, I'm surprised I'm actually getting feedback, even for my one line O_o. Pretty spiffy ^_^.
A little bit of a non sequitor, but I seriously want to tackle Mobius and be all "WILL YOU MIX/PRODUCE MY SCRIPT?!?!" but I will try to refrain.
For now.
At least...

Thank you to everyone that has bothered to leave their thoughts on it. I can't learn anything if people remain silent, so your comments really do help me a lot.

Wow, this is really good. A good portions sound like the originals, or really close, especially Sonic, Shadow, and Tails. Music choice is good, it syncs up well, and the bloopers are friggin hilarious.
If there's any parts later on, lemme know (I know you mentioned at one point that you were only auditioning for the first four).
If anyone has need of a cragly man voice (curse it all to heck) I'd love to help.
Or the potential little-boy-played-by-a-chick voice. I'm fairly decent at that too.
