Wow, that was pretty neat. You're really into these Haruhi crossovers, aren't you, Rikdo?


I took your advice and played the demo with the music dialed down to near-zero. Good idea - the tunes were still plenty loud.


I was a little confused by Alan's initial meeting with Haruhi. When she first speaks to him, it sounds as though she either knows who he is, or she confuses him for an SOS member:

"There are club activities here tomorrow. I just can't have you sleeping here!"
This was the trouble line - it reads as though Haruhi is reminding Alan of information he should already know about. Could it be rephrased to put the ownership on Haruhi?

"My club is hosting activities here tomorrow! I just can't have you sleeping here!"

Mippa and Shintaro provide some very fitting voices, and I can tell there's a lot of fan-love in this production with that throwaway nod to Ryoko.

Plotwise, I can't help but wonder just what Haruhi is planning for her latest club activity. If Koizumi - her compliant, toadying 'Yes-man' - is making an attempt to talk her out of a plan, then there must be major trouble brewing.

This was pretty cool!

Some minor issues I had:

"See? your stomach knows best. Let's go."

Capitalize your.

"Say... You said you are not from around here."

I think it would be better, since they are teenagers, to use "you're" instead of "you are". It sounds a bit.... um too formal..?

And instead of writing out SFX I think it would be better to use actual SFX. Like for the growling of the stomach just use an actual SFX. Or write it out like "Suddenly, my stomach growled." It makes the whole thing more smooth and easier to get into.

Also, it was kinda off when the text was different from what the VAs actually said, but that's just me being a total VN dork.

Other than those small things it's looking totally awesome! Can't wait for the whole thing! Renpy IS pretty tough to code with so kudos to you and the VAs for their amazing job~!
