Mainly, I just wanted to say thank you once again to the cast of this project for being so patient. It took nearly 4 months to complete it for a variety of reasons, and I really appreciate their support. This is my first attempt at a full episode, and I'd love to hear any comments you have concerning my mixing (as well as how the cast performed).

Since this episode deals with such a large cast (and since I'm under the impression very few people have actually seen this show), I thought it would be helpful to post pictures of each character.

There are two versions available: streamed and download. My only complaint about the streamed version is that if you watch it in standard quality, the audio and video tend to be kinda "grainy," since it's YouTube. There should be a high quality option available once each segment has completely downloaded. I strongly encourage those who view this to load that version instead. The download version is high def. quality, so file sizes range from 165MB to 83MB for different sections, for those who prefer to download projects (especially cast who want a copy for themselves).

Also, there are a couple of spoilers if you haven't seen up to this point.

Glad to see this done, it was fun to work on

I think for your first time at a full episode dub this came out very nicely! I enjoyed the cast, won't really go into detail as I haven't really seen much of the series to get a feeling for some of the characters but I enjoyed everyone's performances.

I noticed some of the scripting could have still used a bit of work, there were quite a few places where lips just kept moving after people were done talking but for the most part it was pretty good.

The mixing was very nice. There was still some things that could use a bit of work though; like I noticed that some of Shockdingo's early lines could have used some noise reduction being there was a slight bit of static and clicks in there. The filtering on some of those "broadcast" parts of different characters could have also been a bit more because at first it didn't really sound like there was much of a difference between them and normal lines.

Nice dub. Shin sounds a lot less awkward than the actual dub.

Very impressive! It goes without saying that each cast member fit their part perfectly. I mean, if someone asked me to cast this show with members from the VAA, this is probably what I'd have come up with. I've got to download this and watch it again.

As for the mixing, I did notice a small variation in the voice volumes between the characters, but other than that and what Sukisho already covered, I thought it was really well done!

Weee!! I am so happy to see a full episode fandub by you. I have never seen the series, so I was confused what I was watching (but that is my fault lol). But I felt like I was watching an actual dub. ^^ The voices did a great job, great emotion - I could especially feel the tension and sadness in the scenes, good quality, everyone fit so well and it went smoothly. Really great job on the casting! The sound effects and music was mixed very well, I know sound effects for this type of show can be very hard (with all the robots and explosion scenes) and you handled it extremly well. Awesome job over all! And I know I only did some extras, but I am so proud to be able to be a part of this production and see it released. I can't wait to see what else you will be releasing!

I totally agree with what you guys (and gals ^^) have said. Volume leveling is something I've been trying to perfect - maybe I'll hit the nail on the head with my next project. =P I couldn't agree more about scripting. In my opinion, it was the weakest part of myself as a producer/director. I'm definitely going to spend more time perfecting this in the future in my never-ending quest for ultimate, glorious perfection. XD Thanks for watching so far and commenting.
