The Global Rehabilitation Center has been housing a decade's worth of experimental gene testing under the guise of a mental rehab facility. The GRC, nestled in beautiful Leeds, UK, has hidden their creatures from view, until now.
Beasts, and soon betrayal, will destroy the GRC, with the world next on the menu.

Looking for hope? Sorry, all you've got is Lucy Bex, one girl with one strange appetite. (hint: It isn't kebabs.)

Dr. Dave Eccles - Major Character CAST TO : RAVENSTONE
Age: 30-ish Voice
Type: Medium-Low
Accent: Northern English
A psychologist who recently went through a divorce with ex-wife Julie Regard. A recluse with an off-putting, dry sense of humor. Applied for two years to work within the Global Rehabilitation Center before receiving his position. He finds it difficult to connect with people on a normal basis and is such socially awkward.

Lines:

1. (Desperate, losing temper) Don't pretend with me. You decide you don't like me and I leave. More will come. We always come. You know how the system works in facilities. Give in, just a little. Tell me something real - anything really! Your favourite color, television program...
2. (Soothing) I guess I would feel dead too, being in here for so long without anyone willing to help me, just going through the everyday lock-up skelter.
3. (Interested) What are you telling them? What do you think you are?

Officer Carl Anver - Major Character CAST TO :RAVENSTONE
Age: 40ish Voice: Medium-High, stern and commanding
Accent: Sloppy English but not overly cockney
He is the head of security officers within the GRC. He strives for a higher position within the GRC ranks. Taking great pleasure in torture, his morals are quite low. He isn't unintelligent, though takes big risks, often breaking GRC policy for his own amusement.

Lines:

1. (Intense) Doctor Eccles, the hour is up. She has rec time now. Don't want little miss to be late again.
2. (Sexual) You make this so hard on your self. Here at Global Rehabilitation, you can earn your freedom. Earn your way out.

The Number Eight - Supporting Character CAST TO : ZENITH STAR
Age: 18 Voice: Deep, gruff, monster-like Accent: No longer has one
Once a normal, healthy young man, no one knows Number Eight's real name. He was the last of a controversial regeneration experiment. He is a monster, self-aware but barely human. He often goes into manic fits and his emotions lead him to violence.

Lines: (Deliver both manically)

1. But I made a hurts on Lucy.
2. Doctor! Doctor! Doctor! Doctor! Lucy, No! SECTOR BREACH. A-B-C, come for me! A-B-C, come for me!

Morton Berry - Major Character CAST TO : DOCTOR DODGE
Age: 50ish
Voice: Medium to High
Accent: Posh, upper british class, almost royal
A mysterious GRC investor with his own private project within the facility. His project, Lamb, is a young girl, age 13, who he prizes as the most successful experiment within the GRC. He believes humans should be judged by the creatures and suffer for their cruelty. He is a religious man.

Lines:

1. Mercy, you know I don't want another go through the freak show. These jackasses want to see the ponies do tricks. They can't appreciate true, raw beauty like we can.
2. Understood. I'm just here to finally release my Cherub and bring my little Lamb home.

Guard - Supporting Character CAST TO : VOICEBOX
Age: Any
Voice: Commanding, rough, medium
Accent: Welsh
He's a guard. Slightly off his hinges and twisted, though follows orders very well. He is working with Morton Berry and follows protocol without question.

Lines:

1. This way please. We will begin in Level A.
2. The explosives have been engaged. The PCs are fried, all access entry to every level. It's complete chaos in there.

Doctor - Minor character CAST TO : RUSSELL GOLD
Age: 60ish Voice: Medium-Low Accent: Any
Let's just say: Creepy. He is always friendly and nice, though carries a hint of sick humor within his voice.

Lines:

1. Try harder. No. Put your elbow into it. Like that! Well done!
2. Experiment Number Eight completed secondary trials. We made him special. Maybe you can be too, if you would only follow the rules.

Contractor One - Minor Character
Age: Any Voice Type: Medium Accent: Northern American
Military man who tries to carry himself with confidence, though enters the GRC reluctantly.

1. (Stern, slightly bothered) My client is extremely interested. Your creatures could be of use, though I expect full disclosure on every aspect of them. The stakes are rising in my country. Bio-chemical warfare, homeland terrorism, deadly infection - the future depends on a new kind of weaponry. But is it reliable?

Contractor Two - Minor Character CAST TO : VOICEBOX
Age: 60 Voice Type: High Accent: Any
Doctor highly interested in the experiments, representing a wealthy businessman in need of personal protection.

Lines:

1. (Baffled) My needs are more personal. How can I benefit from a ..zombie?
2. (Interested) This I have to see.

Level C Creature - Supporting Character CAST TO : RUSSELL GOLD
Age: 20ish Voice Type: Low-Medium Accent: Any
Non-descript creature with extremely sensitive senses. Very important to episode 4.

Lines:

1. (Concerned) I can smell them. A Woman, men too. Not sure how many.
2. This wasn't what I had in mind but it beats my cage. Who do you think is out there?

Any voice, age, accent - He is a monster. Think walking squid. Oh and it really likes BBQ.

Lines: (Deliver both in a crazed, hyped manner)

Lucy Bex - Main Character SELF CAST
Age: 20 Voice: Medium Accent: Southern American
Killed parents at age 12.The brutality of her crimes brings her to a mental facility in Washington, DC. The GRC scouts her out, shipping her to their Leeds Facility. Perfectly normal except for the fact she has to consume human muscle, flesh, and blood to maintain her own cell structure. Condescending, rude, sarcastic, she lacks respect for authority.

Mercy Brown - Major Character CAST TO : MIPPA
Age: 40ish Voice: Medium to Low Accent: North English
CEO and head genetic engineer for the GRC. She is responsible for the hundreds of patients within the facility, overlooking all experimental testing and training. She is controlling and desperate to gain respect from her staff. She cares little for the creatures within the facility and her disgust of them is an inward reflection of her disgust for herself.

Lines:

1. You don't make the deals. I do. (PAUSE) Where is our golden boy, that disgusting, writhing heap of a creature?
2. Nothing happened here without my direct knowledge. The GRC has been good to all of you, during it's final act I would hope you would all be good to us as well. We have only your best interests at heart.

Lamb - Supporting Character
Age: 13
Voice: Medium - High
Accent: Very light british with an ambient tone
A normal looking thirteen year old girl who is a special project within the GRC. She calls Morton Berry her "Daddy" because she is his special project, he believes her to be an angel of God. Can not be touched due to a special gift she has.

Lines:

1. Won't you give me a hug before you leave? No one will hold my hand. I think I am forgetting what skin feels like other than my own.
2. (HUMMING SOFTLY TO HERSELF 10 seconds worth ) We haven't much longer. I can tell. The way everyone's hearts are beating faster. The way you are walking, even. I'm going home soon, aren't I?

Alyssa - Supporting Character
Age: 23
Voice: High, nasally
Accent: Scottish
Level C patient, missing both her arms. Friend of Lucy Bex and all around busy body of her patient level. She enjoys gossip and rumors. She is also heavily medicated and has a constant euphoric and optimistic outlook.

Lines:

1. There has been a lot of buzz on the yard. Level C is very excited!
2. No, I'm sorry. You may look perfectly normal on the outside with all your limbs and organs in the proper place, but you are still a freak. Level C is going to be released, but all of you and your kind will be ..will probably be...disposed of!

Lisa - Supporting Character CAST TO : VALLESPI
Age: 30ish
Voice: Low
Accent: Standard American
Level C patient and friend of Alyssa. A mentor type to many patients, she has accepted her role within the GRC and is slightly jaded by it. She is supposed to be seen as a calm, comforting figure to the other patients.

Lines:

1. The line is moving! We're next! I'm so glad we can do this together. I think we are going to Paradise after all. It's all true.
2. Maybe they were already briefed and released. I saw a big line here yesterday. I got a peek while I was doing the laundry. Everyone was beside themselves. They were so hyped up! You could smell it in the air!

Julie Regard - Minor Character
Age: 30ish
Voice: Medium-High
Accent: Northern English
A very sweet woman but not afraid to be blunt. Is the ex-wife of Dave. She still loves Dave though knows it wouldn't work out due to his obsession with work and his patients. A clinic temp.

Lines:

1. Would have been nice to hear that three years ago, on my birthday maybe? No - I take that back. How about during my Nana's wake before her funeral?
2. I deserve some kind of reason why I put my ass on the line for you. Going up to my supervisor and trying to finagle my way into the old cellar, just to get my ex-husband an old record, is shady, Dave. I'm just a temp!

Nurse - Major Character
Age: 20ish Voice: Medium-High Accent: Scottish
A very friendly, overly sweet presence. She is extremely motherly towards Lucy and is one of the only people that Lucy can stand. Always worries over her job and her performance. Vital character - she is frightened by Lucy but tries relentlessly to love her as a friend.

Lines:

1. No, not this time. There are some friends I would like you to meet. Real nice men who want to give you a future. Finally, you can have someone on the outside that wants to care for you!
2. Just sit up straight and put on a smile. I don't want to sound grave, but your existance relies on this first impression.

Please do! Don't be afraid! Even try out for multiple parts. I'm not looking to cast multiple roles for people, but I would like to see range in a VA. There are many different accents needed for the production, so give it a go.
