Basic Story -

A middle-school girl named Mikako Nagamine is drafted to the UN Space Army in a war against a group of aliens called the Tarsians, When she leaves Earth to search for the Tarsians, Mikako's boyfriend Noboru Terao remains behind. The couple continues to communicate across interplanetary, and eventually interstellar space via the email facilities on their mobile phones many years apart

I'm partway through doing a Voices of a Distant Star project myself!! I'll definitely watch this and hope it'll give me some inspiration in regards to my own project! It's good to see such a wonderful anime getting love.

+ Menchi: gently narrating and a slight mischievousness to the voice. during the touching scenes around 3:10, you just really nailed those words and feelings.

+ Mizura: adorable and spoiled, just like Chobi said Good to hear you around again!

+ A tender, great production all around.

- subtitles are a *little* distracting.
