Exclamation 42 Boxes CASTING CALL - 04-28-2009, 01:28 AM

Hello everyone. First of all I want to thank everyone for auditioning for my story. I was overwhelmed with auditions, I got a total of about 36 auditions! Sure, that's probably not a whole lot, but it is to me. I appreciate all your hard work, and also all the time you put into your auditions, as well as putting up with my shenanigans from time to time. I ended up adding new male roles and moving things around accordingly. I can't imagine many producers doing this kind of stuff, but I like to overwhelm and stress myself out, because that's what I am!

I also want to take this opportunity to thank my auditions director and co-writer Demona Deville, for helping me choose the roles. It wasn't easy.

Now let me talk with you personally. Most of these roles were based on real people, so it was particularly hard for me to decline some of you VAs. Take some encouragement from me. I get rejected for everything all the time. Plays, choir, art, writing, friendship, yes I am 2nd rate for everything apparently, but it doesn't bother me, because I at least gave it my all, and took a chance at what might have been, so please don't give up. I know this wont mean too much to you guys, you've got lots of more auditions and projects to do, but I just thought I'd let you know that you were great and I invite you all to try out for my work again.

Anyway...none of you wanted to hear be blather, so here's the list. My flash will be two separate movies, so I separated roles into 3 sections. 1st section is the main cast (both pt1 and pt2), next is characters only in pt1, and after that is characters only in pt2. Only the main cast has understudies (except for anchorman and Lance), the rest do not.

If you see your name on the list, here's what to do next:

-Jump up and down and scream (Lol, no, you don't have to do that, I already did that for you XD)

-Either post here, or send me an email confirming your role

-Fill out the following information by posting or email:
Your VAC/VAA username:
Alias name you want on credits
Your Newgrounds account** (Optional-If you do have an account, just send me a portal buddy request.)

-After that I will give out the script to you. If you only have a few lines/retakes, I will let you know about those as well.

-For casted roles, I ask you to send me your lines in this format:
"CharacterName01.mp3,CharacterName02.mp3,Character Name03.mp3" in order so it's organized. Also if you can, 44100hz. Wow! I actually know a real audio number, neat!

-I would ask for 3 weeks for you to finish your lines, hopefully earlier. My animations take from 3-6 months, so I'm not in too much of a rush for them, but the sooner the better!

Thank you all, everyone!
