Please remember if you do so, that you are giving people permission to critique. I advise you let them do so, you’ll improve ,Don’t take it personally people are being honest. We don’t want any flame wars! Don’t get defensive either this isn’t a battle.

Be honest but constructive and tactful. Telling someone they are rubbish is not helpful! Instead point out what the negative aspects of their performance was (e.g. I thought your voice was too high etc).
Most productions have their good points post about them too.
In the end if you don’t want a critique, then say so! We don’t want flame war.
