    I'm thinking of cosplaying Genis from Tales of Symphonia. (actually, it's like...POSITIVE)



    but I was wondering how to do the detailed which designs. any suggestions?

    1) Cut out the pattern. HAND SEW THEM ON. DO NOT GLUE. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

    2) Buy Iron-on paper, print out the patterns, iron them on.

    3) Buy some of that writing paint which feels like thick plastic once it dries.

    Yeah, NEVER EVER use glue for appliqueing. Bad idea. ^^ For the white that lines the edges, I'd just sew on a white hem. That's simple enough. For the lines that are decorated on the chest and shorts, I would either use white fabric paint (maybe mask it off (WELL) with masking tape and then use a spray-on white meant specifically for fabric, since non-spray-on wouldn't be opaque enough. Orrr I would use white iron-on fabric meant specifically for applique. One-sided wonder-under kinda stuff. ^^
