EDIT: Can you please attach a video to the episode where Inori screams (in the last line)? It'll help us understand the emotion a bit more and do a good job with the scream if we know the context of the whole scream.

I'm pretty sure for that line, Inori is determined to protect Shu, no matter what he thinks of her. The scream is a battle cry and she's just determined, protective, etc.

That last scream is more of a battle charge. I'd rather not attach a video because its a Major spoiler. My partner hasn't even gotten to that episode yet and Inori's whole appearance and personality completely changes there.
