[CASTING CALL] R U Single? (The Movies Machinima)

The film is a pseudo sequel (the theme of cyber danger, but don't worry, no story or characters follow on, apart from the odd cameo) to my machinima film- 'You Look a Lot Different Than Your Picture'. Which was a great success, the trailer got 15,000 views on machinima.com's youtube. Watch the full film here.

Anyway, on to the new film, which will be called 'R U Single?', it follows Frankie, a recently divorced woman whose life falls apart when she starts online dating. It's got a lot of mystery due to the concealed identity of her tormentor until the film's climax. I hope you like the look of the test shots I did, I really think this will be a great last machinima project for me and anyone involved. It'll be around 15 minutes long, and it's a film with a few twists and turns.



Please disregard the 'women' here that should be 'woman', I'm tired and these are test shots. This level of slack will not happen in the final thing!

Frankie
Age- 28
Gender- Female
Voice- American, open to interpretation.
About- Divorced woman who decides to try online dating resulting in disasterous consequences. She and her ex husband are stalked and tormented by a masked man. Friendly and warm woman.
Audition Lines- "I don't feel safe in my own home, I feel like I'm losing my mind. (groans with stress)"
"I'm okay, just working at the moment, you could have picked a better time. Your jacket's in a bag next to our...my...bed."

Peter
Age- 29
Gender- Male
Voice- Warm and gentle English accent. See the guy's accent in this
About- Frankie's ex husband who becomes embroiled in the violent events surrounding Frankie. Likeable and charming.
Audition Lines- "Yeah but I have to admit, this whole thing scares thevinegar out of me, we won't be married anymore, does that not frightenyou?"
"Frankie...I just came round for the jacket I left. How are you?"
Size of Role- Large

Cheryl
Age- 32
Gender- Female
Voice- American, open to interpretation.
About- Frankie's best friend who turns her onto online dating. Normal sounding.
Audition Line- "Thought you said you didn't care? I made that up. But, nevertheless, you need to move on. (Filling out online dating profile) How tall are you?"
Size of Role- Medium (2 scenes)

Bill
Age- 25-35
Gender- Male
Voice- American.
About- Meets Frankie through online dating. Small but memorable role.
Audition Line- "I've been told to tell you to come to 267 LaurentineCrescent at precisely 9pm tonight. If you fail to come or call thepolice he says he's gonna kill me."
Size of Role- Small (3 lines)

Frankie's Hair Stylist
Age- 25-35
Gender- Male or Female (Either works)
Voice- American, slightly pretentious
About- Styles Frankie's hair, thinks them self to be very important.
Audition Line- "You'll get through it, trust me, sweetheart. Cheryl said she set you up with an online dating site? How's that working out?"
Size of Role- Small (3 lines)
