Hi! This is my very first demo reel and I would really, really like some feedback. All the lines are written by me, and the voices are all original.

This was pretty good, just a few things I noticed...

In some spots, the dialogue sounded...unnatural. Like, things you would never hear real people say...or things you would hear in the script of a DiC dub. Also, some of the voices sounded kind of similar. You want to either a) make every voice sound as unique as possible or b) put voices that sound even a bit alike as far as possible from each other in your reel.

I think some music would have made this sound even cooler+more professional.

I have compliments, too! You definitely have a grasp of basic emotion here. I haven't seen you around the forums, so I'm wondering if you're new to this, and if you are, that's pretty impressive because you're a lot further than VAs that have been at this for years. Your voice sounds very lively throughout this reel, something many people struggle with.

Thank you very much for the feedback! I'm planning on making a new demo soon (got a new mic, yaaaaay), and I'll be sure to keep your comments in mind. I hadn't realized that some of the dialogue wasn't natural, so I'm really glad you pointed it out, heh. I'll definitely work on that for next time. And I've been working on some different voices since I made this, so hopefully the next one will have more variety as well.

I am actually pretty new at this.. It's only been about a month since I started, so what you said really means a lot.
