Hello everyone!
I finally decided. I want to make an audio of my fanfiction entitled Cardcaptor Ritsuka. Note that this IS based on the NELVANA VERSION of Cardcaptor Sakura, so it will be following that plot. This also references my previous fanfiction, Dark Enshrouded Memory, which was a crossover of Tsubasa Chronicle and Cardcaptors, but no knowledge of that story is needed (I might make an audio of that someday). Also.....don't shoot me, but if you can sound similiar to Matt Hill for Kero, that's an instant snatch of his character. That is the range I am looking for. Another win is having a similiar range to Syaoran and Sakura from the dub of Tsubasa for Li and Sakura!

Note that I have done some minor revisions since I posted some of the chapters online, and I will be modifying this into a more script form when you record for it.<br><br>Since a lot is going on, I decided not to call this an audio drama, but more of an audio book, since there WILL be narration. <br><br>Besides voice actors, I am also looking for ARTISTS who can draw character portraits of the characters, and might be willing to draw a small splashpage for each episode, as well as a main splashpage for the series itself.
Another note; AS OF THE MOMENT, WE WILL NOT BE RECORDING FOR ALL THE EPISODES. This is still an ongoing series as you can see, and for now I will only be asking you to record for a few episodes that I really enjoyed writing and loved how it came out. So yes, not all episodes will have audio available, but if it's successful enough, I may consider making more audio versions of the episodes. <br><br>As of this moment, here are the "episodes" we will be doing from what I currently have written out;

Feel free to familiarize yourself with these episodes, as well as the other episodes (since a lot of them connect, and have information you'll need for the feel of the others).

with subject "CCR Audition". Record in either .ogg, .mp3, .wav, or .wma format. NO .RAR FILES, PLEASE! Either send as individual attachment or in a zip.<br>Note that even if you might not get the role you were auditioning for, you may be recasted as another character not listed.
Now onto the characters! On pronouncing names, I admit to being used to "Kero" being pronounced "Kiro", HOWEVER, when you pronounce "Sakura" don't say how it was pronounced in the Nelvana dub, but how it is properly said; Sah-Koo-Rah. And Showron will be said like in the dub; Shoh-rahn
For practice lines, use any 4-6 lines from the fanfiction, unless otherwise specified. Ritsuka and her friends are all teenagers. I admittedly really wanted to be Ritsuka, but I will give others a shot and might take the roll of narrator instead.
Ritsuka Showron
The daughter of Li and Sakura, who re-unleashed the cards and have to capture them once again.
Kero/Keroberos
A cute, stuffed squirrel-looking creature. But he hates being called that. He is the guardian of the cards.<br>His true form looks really cool; a tiger with wings.<br><br>TWO RANGES ARE NEEDED! Kero's form sounds different from Keroberos. I imagine Kero with a range similiar to Matt Hill, and Keroberos has a deeper voice. You can audition for both, or only one of these ranges. Please specify in your audition
Tanner Haze
Ritsuka's childhood friend. He always loves to tease Ritsuka, as well as mess with Allison's head just to be a jerk. He wants to protect Ritsuka, and has had feelings for her for awhile
Allison Conner
Ritsuka's best friend. She's fascinated about ghosts and INSIST their existence. She can be a little crazy at times.
Madison Taylor
Ritsuka's guardian, and she is often called Maddie. Li entrusted her with the book, as well as to watch over Ritsuka. She's always full of glee to see Ritsuka, as she reminds her so much of Sakura.
Julian Star
A young man, appears to be a college student that Ritsuka met, and has become friends with. Little does she know he also knows about the cards!
Yue
ulian's true form, and second guardian of the cards. Yue can appear a bit cold, but he's much nicer to Ritsuka considering she has enough to deal with, finding Sakura and recapturing the cards.
Li Showron
Ritsuka's father, a direct descendant of Clow Reed himself. For about 14 years he's been looking for Sakura, and has come up with nothing. Finding out Ritsuka unleashed the cards leads to another dilemma. He can seem unfriendly, with an intimidating demeanor, though in all truth he really does care. I suggest for him, definitely use lines from the episodes "Memories Revealed" and "Training", as well as the "Prologue".
Sakura Showron
Ritsuka's mother, who was taken by a mysterious, dark power, and has been missing ever since. Sometimes, she is able to communicate her voice to Ritsuka, to help guide her.
Tori Avalon
Sakura's big brother. He still doesn't like Li very much, and the feeling is mutual.
