theres alot of new characters along with some old characters, this episode is where one the main characters (Larissa) gets kidnapped by torrential Rain and the other one (James) breakes the seige of Fort Georgia, or at least keeps the minions at bay.

Yuri-(Bad guy) Russian, speaks alittle russian and has a russian accent. hes a Russian sepretist, before Voice, who worked with Torrential rain.
Squad leader(good guy)- guarding an outpost to Fort Georgia.
Rocket man: (good guy) with Squad Leader
Squad member 1 & 2: (good guys) same thing with rocket man
Raido: this is the raido, if your supper fancy with audio and can make it sound like a real radio, I will love you, but this character is several, different voices per line
Doc: the docter in Fort Gerogia taking care of James and many other wounded
pilot- pilot that flys James and Justin around to stall the Minion advance
