Daiguard: Budget Cuts and Inter-Departmentary changes means the 21st Century Defense Security team are splitting up, as Akagi leaves work, he runs into his colleague Ooyama who thinks about quitting completely, but a lightning strike occurs, meaning a Hetorodyne is imminent, so the team must re-unite to stop it
