Bio: Was once Goku's most bitter Rival but eventually became his closest and best friend. He has aided our heroes in defeating many enemies bent on the destruction of the Universe and is the only other character to parallel that of Goku’s power on more than one occasion.
Voice type: We're going with the Chris Sabat Interpretation. Deep and rough and intimidating to those around him. A chain smoker, as we all describe it.
Also, take a few cues from his original actor JohnnyIO.

Trunks
Age: 24
Bio: The first born son of Vegeta and Bulma. He currently runs Capsule Corp. as President and CEO. Goten and Trunks have both been training in secret since the end of GT and have achieved new plateaus of strength. He is half Sayian.
Voice type: Listen to Z2 episodes to get a sense of the performance as given by JohnnyIO, but still MAKE IT YOUR OWN. He needs a slight gruff, like Vegeta, but be it with a much more positive attitude and obviously younger

Age: 50s
Bio: A former enemy of Goku who would later join the Z-fighters and stand up to the likes of even the strongest of fighters our heroes would face. Mr. Three eyes, if you will. Quite frankly I’d say Tien has the most heart out of ALL the Z-fighters having kept both Cell and Buu, VERY HIGH CALIBER PEOPLE WAY OUT OF HIS LEAGUE, at bay. A total class act all the way.

Bulma
Age: 50's
Bio: She has known Goku since he was a small child and has been on many adventures with him since. She is the wife of Vegeta; and her son's name is Trunks and her daughter's name is Bra (In keeping up with the underwear lingo). She's a very strong woman but is often times very cowardice. But that doesn't take away from her genius whom she took in spades from her scientist father Dr. Brief. she can create and fix almost anything!
Voice type: Again, I can’t emphasis listening to my original Bulma in the Radioplay. But here’s a clip anyway:

Bio: She is the absent minded Girlfriend of Goten; she often times needs to ask Goten for help on simple subjects (Such as how to eat a Hamburger, and she doesn't know what an Ice cream cone is, stupid American)! She is one of the few normal people out there that know of the Z-fighters outside of the Z-warriors long-time friends.
Voice type: A Very absent minded voice, somewhat annoying, but at the same time casual and natural.

Bio: Very beautiful and very intimidating, the female version of Vegeta in some respects. She often times keeps to herself and is almost always serious, she will very often spar with her husband Krillin, most of the time when he's least expecting it. She was created by Dr. Gero in a lab; she is organic so she was at one point human. Her and Krillin have one daughter named Marron.
Voice type: Make sure she sounds serious and completely un-caring, while also being emotional and semi-sultry, she takes no jive from anyone!

She’s become a lot older and wiser in her years since GT but she still retains a lot of the youthful charm she had years before.

Bio: The king of the Sayians and one of the founders of Planet Vegeta. The father of the Vegeta we all know and love.

Bio: The Positive version of Nova Shenron that takes residence within the Dragon Realm. Despite the fact this is technically the GOOD version of Nova, the negative one wasn’t so bad either.

Bio: The Positive version of Oceanus Shenron that takes residence within the Dragon Realm. She is the only female Dragon of the seven positive energy dragons.

Audition Line: Throughout your trials you have shown remarkable progress, Goku. But we are still far from finished with you.
