[AnN] The Future Diary (Mirai Nikki) - Serial Killer

[Sukisho]

This psychological thriller, based on the manga written and illustrated by Sakae Esuno, is about Yuki, a loner who's not very good with people. He prefers to write a diary on his cell phone and talk to his imaginary friend, Deus Ex Machina – The God of Time and Space. However, Yuki soon learns that Deus is more than a figment of his imagination when he makes Yuki participate in a battle royale with eleven others. The contestants are given special diaries that can predict the future, each diary possessing unique features that give it both advantages and disadvantages. Within the next 90 days, the contestants must try to survive until there is only one left standing. The winner will become the new God of Time and Space.

Very nice clip, was a bit sketchy about yuki's voice at first but I got used to it. Nice acting from everyone~

Only suggestion I have is to watch your diction a bit Stephanie, sometimes it was a bit difficult to understand what you were saying. Also you occasionally emphasized words in an odd way "wanna go get a bite?", just doesn't sound very natural at times. Overall your acting still came out as fitting and convincing though.

That...was....EPIC!!!

This did not feel like a mere fandub, I felt like I was watching a REAL dub! The acting was splendid, and the flaps were matched properly. I wish I could see more of this! GREAT WORK! ^.^

Yukiteru Amano/First: Philsterman01 - It seemed like a pretty good match, kinda reminiscent of Spike Spencer's Shinji Ikari. Your acting was pretty perfect, in a typical-anime voice actor way, but I found myself desiring a little more UNF from the performance. I didn't really BELIEVE this character was scared.

Yuno Gasai/Second: Stephanie W - On the whole, very good. You seemed to fit your character well and your acting was pretty alright throughout. The one thing that stood out to me, when you were telling Amano he'd be the first one out, you mumbled the lines a bit.

Takao Hiyama/Third: Motly Fool - No real opinion on the voice so much, it wasn't what I was expecting from the character but I don't know the source material so it might be perfect.

Mixing - Pretty good mixing job, though I found the footsteps stood out a bit too much. Maybe I've just heard them too many times, but they seemed a bit loud.

Hey, this was fantastic. Easily one of the best dubbed clips I have seen in a while. To be expected, of course!

Great mixing and scripting. "I wanted more," had me laughing. Both the VAs were great - especially Yuki. He was such a natural. I am really pleased with this clip. Please make more!
