We've decided to go ahead and keep the auditions open for Inuyasha. However, we've casted some of the roles and are looking for new auditions and re-auditions from some of you for certain characters. We have emailed those of you have auditioned, letting you know where you stand.
Keep in mind that we're going to attempt doing all 167 episodes so we will require patience and dedication from you. We're also still looking for more staff to help us put this together once we have our voice actors casted. So if anyone is interested in helping with video editing, sound, etc, please emails us and let us know.

Rules
1. Please state your name or the name you wish to be known as on the recording for your audition. (No it doesn't have to be on each recording you send.)
2. Record each line separately.
3. Send the files as a Rar. file or a Zip file.
4. Make sure they are in MP3 format or Wav format.
5. Make sure the room you are in is nice and quiet and that your mic is good and clean.
6. When sending the auditions, send it to BOTH of us.

As you can see, we clearly need more auditions as we have yet to find our lead guy and a few other characters that appear in the very first episodes. With those at least, we'd be able to start doing the readings for the first few episodes while the rest of the auditions continue.

Inuyasha: Will have 4 Lines since he is the Main Guy.
When doing his voice, Watch Inuyasha to see how he acts. Just look on Youtube, Hes kind of a jerk.
Line 1: "Blah, blah, blah, the guy starts swinging a big new sword around and suddenly he's looking for a soap box to stand on and preach to the world."
Line 2: "I didn't say get naked stupid! I just can't stand seeing you in those clothes!"
Line 3: "I was afraid, I thought I was going to lose you, I was terrified."
Line 4: "Don't you faint on me you stupid girl."
Line 5: "You, you've got it all wrong, she's just a-a jewel detector."
Miroku: Hes a perverted monk.
Line 1: "He's so simple minded that when he got angry he forgot how heavy the sword was."
Line 2: "Dear Kagome, are you troubled by this wretched fate of mine? Then do me this good turn will you, I wish for you to bare me a son."
Line 3: "This isn't something for children to see."
Line 4: "If we made it that far, would you come live with me? Would you bare my children, Sango?"
Shippo: The little fox cub that follows them around / Must sound like a child.
Line 1: (While trying to be brave but obviously terrified) "Alright everyone I don't need anyone's help this time so lay off!"
Line 2: "Let me go, I wanna see, what's he doing?"
Line 3: (Posing as Kagome) "I could lie with you if you'd like."
Ayame: Female wolf demon. Is in love with Koga.
Line 1: "Koga you promised to marry me when I came down from the northern mountains."
Line 2: "Koga that girl's a mortal, idiot! Are you out of your mind?!"
Line 3: "Ka-go-me. I don't like this, your name sounds just like mine!"
Kaeda: Lower. Older sounding voice
Line 1:"And what ails ye now, Inuyasha?"
Line 2: "We call it the bone eater's well, its a resting place for the bodies of monsters though the flesh of those bodies disappear quickly enough."
Line 3: "Inuyasha, only by working together will ye triumph, also don't ye dare forget where ye have buried me."
Naraku: EVIL GUY IN SHOW Want a deep, voice, Evil sounding
Line 1: "That young woman...she is Kikyo...nay Kikyo perished 50 years ago."
Line 2: "Lord Sesshomaru, I'm afraid that I'll have to cut our visit short. I will have your power, every last bit of your demonic power."
Line 3: "Why do you look so surprised? You were planning to defeat Princess Abi as well. The way I see it, you should be grateful."
Line 4: "Kikyo, this will be your burial ground."
Kagura: Wind demoness and one of Naraku's incarnations. She longs to be free like the wind.
Line 1: "My name is Kagura, I will see that you have one final dance."
Line 2: "To attend your final dance, it would kill them to miss it."
Line 3: "Naraku holds my life in his hands, but I have no intention of remaining a servant forever to the likes of him....I am the wind one day I shall be free!"
Jaken: An annoying toad demon who also follows Sesshomaru.
Line 1: "Let me take care of the wench, Lord Sesshomaru. Feel the power of the staff of two heads!"
Line 2: "That's impossible, you just cut me in half, how can I be alive?"
Line 3: "Staff of two heads! Oh no it didn't work! HELP!"
Sota: Kagome's little brother.
Line 1: "Where's that dog guy, Inuyasha, didn't you bring him home with you?"
Line 2: "Tell me, who said I love you first, was it you or Kagome?"
Line 3: "Or you were paralyzed by a voodoo doll that was sent to us for purification."
Kagome's Grandpa: Kagome's gramps - He thinks he's an exorcist and that he knows everything of the past. Tends to collect "worthless junk".
Line 1: "Oh Kagome, don't forget the sacred Sake and charms!"
Line 2: "She can't just rush off to school, I thought up a really good illness. Kagome is such an impertinent child."
Line 3: "Maybe this time I'll say you hit your head on something and have temporary amnesia."
Eri: One of Kagome's friends from modern Japan.
Line 1: "Oh really, what did you expect? You've been away so much lately."
Line 2: "If Kagome breaks up with that no good boyfriend of hers and hooks up with Hojo, her name would be Kagome Hojo too."
Line 3: "You're eyes sure are an unusual color."
Ayumi: Another of Kagome's friends from modern Japan.
Line 1: "Want me to take the make up test with you, Kagome?"
Line 2: "Come on Kagome, I want you to sing louder, sing it from the heart!"
Line 3: "That guy was Kagome's boyfriend?!"
Yuka: And yet another of Kagome's friends who lives in modern Japan.
Line 1: "Come on, cheer up, will you Kagome."
Line 2: "Maybe that's not just a family tree but a fortune telling scroll."
Line 3: "What's with the crazy duds? Are you working at the shrine or something?"
Hojo: One of Kagome's friends in modern Japan, who also happens to like her. Sweet, soft voice.
Line 1: "How have you been feeling these days Kagome? Any better?"
Line 2: "No I refuse to leave! Step away from lady Escargot!"
Line 3: "And here, look at the wife's name of my ancestor, Akitoki Hojo who lived 500 years ago during the feudal era."
Mistress Centipede: Evil demon after the Shikon Jewel. Any female voice can work so long as she sounds evil.
Line 1: "You have it, don't you...give it to me!"
Line 2: "Give me the Sacred Jewel!"
