Leduc, despite looking like a blonde pretty boy cyborg, may end up as the first male character in Skullgirls. Like Peacock he was put together in the Anti Skullgirl Labs, possibly after his own disfiguring set of injuries. Unlike Peacock, he has enough manners to stay home with Dr. Avian and Hive. "Leduc" may be a somewhat obtuse reference to cattle-proding and restraint, as emphasized by the clamps at the end of his arms.

I had a chance to check this out, and I'll say that I can see you as this character. One question, how did you put together the electric tone of his voice? I'm unsure of how to do so on my Audacity; let alone covincingly.
