What are your voice acting superstitions?

Is there something that you rely on, or is otherwise important to your performance that really shouldn't be? Do you have odd habits that you play in to, just because it's always worked before? Do you have something you must do before you record without fail?... or is that just me? ^_^

Before an answer, here's a question: Is this supposed to be about our voice acting superstitions?

For me, I tend to brush my teeth or use mouthwash before most sessions. I guess I'm reasoning that a clean mouth will enhance projection and lend clarity to my words.

Hmm... I tend to make sure I always drink a butt-ton of water because I think it helps me.. and I mean really it does but I also just love water <3

I never eat before I record and I always have something to drink like water beside me.
I also do weird voodoo rituals like lighting candles and dancing around my house
