Each character has a different number of songs that they will sing. Mikeru and Mikaru only sing one song each. All of the villains only sing one song each, except for Sheshe and Mimi. The mermaids will sing more songs because they sing more songs in the show. Lucia, Hanon, and Rina sing the most songs out of all of the characters. So, the answer to your question is yes, characters that only sing one song in the show will only be singing one song in this.
