Mermaid Melody English Song Cover Auditions!!! OPEN!!!
Hello everyone! I have recently began writing english versions of the Mermaid Melody songs and I need some people to sing them! Im looking for many singers who sound like the characters from Mermaid Melody. I will need to cast people as ALL of the characters that sing in Mermaid Melody, good guys and bad guys. THIS IS NOT A FULL FLEDGED FANDUB!!! There will be no voice acting or syncing the songs to an episode. I only need people to sing.
I also want to incorporate harmony into the songs. The songs that have more than one character singing in them will be split into two or more different parts. For example, in "Yami no Baroque" I will have one person singing the high part and another person singing the low part.
HOW TO TRY OUT
I have a list of characters that need to be casted below. Beside each characters name, there is a song.
1. Sing part or all of the song in the original Japanese to audition for that character. I also have what part of the music each character will be singing in the
songs with more than one character singing. Do NOT send me your vocals with the instrumental or karaoke track. I only want your vocals.
2. Be sure to remove any vocal effects, such as reverb, before sending me your auditions.
3. Send your file as an MP3. My email is elizabeth_burchett@yahoo.com Use www.zamzar.com if you need to convert your file and do not know how.

RULES
If you are chosen as a vocalist, these are the rules you must follow.
1. Have good mic quality. (No background noises, muffled sounds, etc.)
2. Turn vocals into me 2 weeks after I send you the lyrics and sample vocals.
3. Do NOT change the lyrics without consulting me first.
DEADLINE
The deadline for auditions is Sunday May 27. I will have a cast list posted on Monday May 28.
