Hello! This is an audition thread for the new episode of my Halo Reach Machinima series; Sector 86. There are a lot of new characters that will be in this episode, so there is a lot to pick from if you are thinking of auditioning for a part. The majority of the main characters in the series have already been cast, so there is no point of listing them here. If you have any questions that have not been answered in the thread feel free to email or Skype me, which ever one you prefer. Story synopsis:
Sector 86 is set in the year 2700 in a post apocalyptic world after a global nuclear war. After the war an opressive government that was formed from what was left of the world's previous governments took control of the remaining cities (nicknamed Sectors). The citizens believe that they will be kept safe by The Federation, but instead they face police brutality and terrible living conditions. A young man named Harold and his younger friend Alex find a way to escape the city in hopes of a better life after Alex's parents are brutally killed (Alex's parents being killed will be shown in a flashback in a later episode). As Harold flees the city he finds an underground science lab where he is accidentally injected with a serum that augments his body to make him ten times as strong as the average human being. Harold and Alex join a rebellion in hopes of overthrowing The Federation...

Character Description:
General Rendar has been the leader of the Federation ground troops since the Federation's establishment after the nuclear holocaust. He is very ruthless and unforgiving

"What would be the point of sending troops in? We have already destroyed more than half of your army. You don't pose very much of a threat to us anymore."
Phoenix
Role: Major
Gender: Male
Voice Type: Medium to deep pitch
Character Description:
Phoenix is a former NATO agent that took shelter in a pre-war science facility before the nukes went off. He is very untrustworthy and unpredictable, but the main characters still accept him in to their squad at one point. Little is known about his origins.
Audition Lines:
"I knew that you rotten bastards would find this place one day. It was only a matter of time."
"The serum isn't here anymore. Even if it was here we wouldn't give it to you! We know the true motives of the Federation and they aren't good ones either."
Jha'me Ah'ktee (J-Rod)
Role: Major

Race: Ah'ktee (Alien Race)
Voice Type: Medium to deep (Alien like)
Character Description:
Jha'me Ah'ktee (dubbed J-Rod by the humans) is part of an alien race that sought refuge on planet Earth just before the nuclear war after being in their own war with a different alien race called the Nexus. As the story delves further in to the conspiracy J-Rod explains the origins of his race to the humans and what has been going on with the Nexus and the Federation government. J-Rod plays a fairly small role in episode 4, but he plays a much larger role in the next couple episodes.
Audition Lines:
"The Nexus has been using serum-116 to power a portal that will bring more of their fleet to the planet. If you manage to somehow shut down the portal, then we will have a lot less of them to deal with."
"We don't know where it is, but I'm sure that the Federation president does."
Federation President (President White)
Role: Major
Gender: Male
Voice Type: Medium to deep pitch
Character Description:
President White has been the dictator of the Federation for many years after the nuclear holocaust. He is very charismatic and good at winning over crowds of people with speeches.
Audition Lines:
"Good to see you. How did it go at the capital?"
"How could you let this happen? The General had a whole army of his most elite troops there and you let a group of fucking rebels waltz in there and destroy everything!"
Captain Ackerson
Role: Minor
Gender: Male
Voice Type: Medium to deep pitch
Character Description:
Ackerson is a UFMC Marine in charge of a special operations squad tasked to retrieve a high value target. He appears in a flash back scene and he gets a decent amount of lines for a minor character.
Audition Lines:
"It's not our job to ask questions Marine. We do what we're told and that's final. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough anyway."
"Copy that Overwatch, Stalker 3-5 is moving in on the crash sight."
Overwatch
Role: Minor
Gender: Male
Voice Type: Medium to low pitch
Character Description:
Overwatch is the controller of an unmanned spy plane tasked to guide Captain Ackerson and his squad on the retrieval mission. He is never seen in person, but he regularly communicates with the squad as they progress through their mission.
Audition Lines:
"Stalker 3-5, we have visual on about 20 plus tangos in the vicinity of the crash sight, over."
"Woah! Good kill Stalker 3-5! It looks like 7 plus kills!"
Josh TAKEN
Role: Minor

Character Description:
Josh is a member of the famed rebel squad named "Lambda Squad". He appears briefly in a few scenes, but is killed off eventually.

"I'm goanna see if I can go around and flank them!"

Tom

Character Description:
Tom is the leader of the famed rebel squad named "Lambda Squad". He also appears briefly in a few scenes, but is killed off later.

Character Description:
I need very talented voice actors that can provide various miscellaneous combat lines for the Federation troops such as; "Cover me, I'm reloading!", "Tango down!" and other things like that. I need people that can yell and sound very serious for these rolls. If I can find four or more people for this role that'd be great.
