I made an English version of "Dear You, Hope" a couple of years ago, and after having mostly positive feedback, I wanted to do another version. I found this one, and I thought it'd be much more fun singing with a group! I just need to find other cast members! :D
I already made English lyrics, so all I'll need for auditions is yourself singing a sample of my lyrics, as well as your character's speaking line.
TO AUDITION
Send your auditions to: xxemiichan@gmail.com with your files attached, preferably .mp3. Name the files: Higurashi_Username_Audition. You should say your speaking lines first, followed by a short sample of your singing.
Please keep in mind that you should have a clear microphone, and try not to puff into it. Pronounce things clearly. Do not audition if you will not be able to commit to a deadline.
The deadline for now will be May 20, 2012. I will extend it if needed.

Okay, this is now CLOSED, with the cast list up. I had so many wonderful auditions; it was very difficult to choose!! In the end, I had to base the roles on small things, such as mic quality, emotion of speaking lines, etc.
Please don't be upset if you didn't make it; you all were very wonderful, and I hope to hear from you again in future projects. I always feel bad when I have to choose from so many wonderful people, but I truly mean it. Keep on voice acting!! >w<
