This took quite a while to come out. My first time doing a role where I had to do battle-cries. Peter chose the clip as it was a good test to get me out of my comfort zone. I definetely had alot of fun but I don't know how I did considering my throat issues and the fact that I'm so used to soft roles so I would really appreciate helpful critiques or even tips. Thanks to Chris and Alicia for helping us out!

Amy/Inori: for your battle cries, they were prettty good, there were a few i noticed that seemed alittle less believable, but still could slide as passing :3 Your lines were the same.. i felt like a few could have had more oomph but still could pass. As for ur voice, i would have liked to hear it a SMIDGE lower. I know inori has a high voice but she also has a soothing sort of seductive hint to it.. not like seducing someone, but that kind of feel in their voice.

Gai/Chris: Your acting had inflection and good strength, but i would have like to see more confidence, gai is the DEFINITION of confident he never shows his weakness to his subjects. Also, you mumbled....

Hokage/Shu: you did great hokage, i've always admired your work :3 i only wish there were more lines to the clip to critique u on



watching this clip was like watching one for elfen lied, its just not supposed to be. No one will compare to the original's in my heart.

although I'LL also sayyy this was great considering my opinions :3

I've never seen this show so I'll just critique where I can.

Inori- Good voice fit and good energy all around. I do think your being a tad too straight forward with the characters lines. lines like "I don't care if I'm a monster, even if my feelings are fake" kind of lack emotion if they are said without any inflection changes in between. Might have been best to drop in volume on "even if my feelings are fake" or emphasize "even if" to give it that extra bit of believability. The other lines just needed a tad more feeling to them..the energy levels were good as I said, but since the tone of her voice never really fluctuates it makes it seem like all of her lines have the same meaning to them. It's really just a matter of playing around with your lines a tad more to make every one a tad different from the last.

Gai- Not bad, the voice fit in with his face pretty well. Lines were delivered well, liked the inflection change on "you monster". I do think the lines could have been delivered in a slightly bolder fashion however, just to up the mockery and distaste the man was feeling (as he really didn't seem to be being subtle hah). \

Not enough to comment on the other two but from what I heard it worked and didn't distract.

Guilty Crown is a mess but this fandub wasn't. XD

AmyAnn: Your first couple of battle cries were convincing but you seemed to lose a little bit of strength at the end. But this shows major progression for you, I know you've had problems with your throat for a long time and to be able to hold down multiple screams for extended periods means you've managed to make your voice develop. I think the only thing you could've done is lower your tone just a smidgen.

Everybody else: I would've needed to hear more in order to give a honest critique. But you guys all backed up the main point of the scene pretty well, though I think Gai could've sounded just a little more forceful when calling Inori a "monster".

No complaints about the mixing, very good job. ^^

I never seen the show but the little clip makes me want to watch it.
No idea who the characters are so..

Pink Hair Girl: You did great for someone who's not used to screaming and like Rebelcheese said, it kind of died a bit BUT just a bit near the end. She's fighting so her shouts should be more stable or rising if you get what I'm saying so her screams/shouts shouldn't die out. I think once your throat clears up and you get used to it, you'll be able to shout with ease.

The Brown Hair Boy: You didn't have much parts but what I imagined as the voice came out the voice. You fit the role really well. And I like your quick change of emotion too. From surprise, to curiosity, and then to sadness.

As for everyone else, yeah I can't say much.


Btw, I'm just a novice so I'm only saying what I thought. xD
