Hi VAA!
I've recently started a new website and have built an animation to go along with it. The animation is completely original work, runs about 50 seconds long, and is done in a fun and cute style with bright colors and smooth transitions. I'm looking for one friendly female voice actor to lend their voice as the narrator for the animation.
Project information
Original flash animation for a new web site that will be launching soon. The full animation and script will be sent to the voice actor that is selected.
Please note that this will be hosted on a commercial website and you must be willing to release all rights for usage and reproduction for the recordings made. While we unfortunately can't offer any compensation, we will add an attribution for you, your contact information (if desired) and the URL of your choice to our About page of the website.
Recording and Contact information
- Please record audition in MP3 or WAV. Make sure the audio levels are decent and do not peak.
- Save the lines as "yourname_linenumber.mp3" (ex: vaaname_01.mp3)
- Send your auditions to bill@bunkat.com with subject line "audition" and also reply to this thread

The animation goes through a basic transition of problem statement, current frustration, and then solution. The narrator needs to be able to sound like an easy to talk to friend when describing the problem statement, mild annoyance without sounding upset or bitter at the frustration, and genuinely excited about the solution.
Audition line 1: Suppose you have a couch that you want to sell, like this one. (note: friendly)
Audition line 2: But you don't what to have to deal with all of the mails, like this one. (note: mild annoyance, slightly increasing at 'like this one')
Audition line 3: Now there's a better way! (note: genuinely excited but not over the top, still friendly)
