Here are the parts I need. I've provided samples for some of them so you can hear what the characters sound like.
Lance
Lance is a rebel without a cause. He is always trying to undermine Keith's authority. He has that "Cool Guy" persona. If you can manage to make yourself sound like him that would be good, but I think most "normal" voices would work (as long as there funny)
Here's a sample of his voice.
Lines:
"Yo duh! There explosions the size of Hunks Behind going on down there!"
"How'd the hell did you get to be leader?"
"I only said that to rebel against you"

Pidge
Pidge is a Chinese acrobatic super nerd. His voice is very. . . just watch the video I can't explain it.
Lines: "Ya they tattooed my arm did they get yours too lance"
"Ooooh wow! I can look right down into the monsters feeding pit and hes eating up a storm."
"Let's try to sneak out while the Robeast is busy eating his lunch"
Hunk
Hunk is the idiot of the group. His voice is unique so view the video to hear what it sounds like.
Lines:
"How did these bones get in my hands!"
"Food!"
"Ah, I sort of forgot to pack the jet packs."
Any lines from the video will also work.
Yurak (Warning dies in episode 16 which will be around episode 8 of this project.)
Yurak is the commander of the forces of the Drule empire. His war record is. . .not so good. Here's a sample of his voice.
Lines: "Attention you worthless slaves! The new captives form Arus we will be arriving shortly, you will tell them that I am the best general ever, and can't be defeated by anything, not even giant robots with haxs. You will also tell them that I am the most handsomely delicious man in the universe, and if you weren't busy cowering in fear you'd want a piece of my hot bod! Don't Forget! Mahahahha."
Any line from the video are also good.
Princess Allura (The VA for her has to be a women no falsetto)
Princess Allura is an extremely sheltered innocent and naive girl. However she is very tough when she needs to be. She is completely oblivious to the fact that pretty much every male character is trying to get inside her pants. Expect when it comes to Lotor, who she hates.
Here's a sample of here voice. I wish I got more lines of here being BA but I got all these samples form the first two episodes. The point is to just hear her voice anyway so I guess it's all good.
Lines: "Wait are you the guys?! You have to be the guys. Hey Coran it's the guys from the thing!" *Very exited tone*
"You just blow up the castle!"
"Before my people exploded, Arus used to be a very beautiful place, or at least I think it was beautiful, I've never left the castle."
Any line form the video is also good. Especially the crying one, she cries a lot.
Haggar (Any Gender can audition)
Haggar is King Zarkon's personal witch. She has powerful magic that can trick anyone into thinking something is real when it's not. She has an unique voice but it sounds pretty similar to the Wicked Witch of the West so that voice works too. Even though she is female I bet a male could sound like her so I'm not gong to get picky with gender.
Lines: "Beware the castle of lions holds the secret to Voltron, just hope no one discovers it."
"My magic is the best in the universe! hahahaha"
"Just because you conquered one planet doesn't mean you control the whole flipping universe!"

I want to finish the entire series one day, but it's 72 episodes long. So I've decided to condense it down to 36 abridged episodes. That leaves a budget of 15 episodes for season one, which is the longest season by far. Some episodes will be abridged in their entirety while others will be combined, and every once in a while we'll skip an episode all together. Of course this is just my master plan. My style is to take it one episode at a time.
At this point the script is a third done. I was going to wait till I finished the script completely before I did the auditions but then I realized I could do it while the auditions were going on.
I'm planning on having guest stars to do the voices of the Robeasts. If your interested in doing those let me know.
This forum requires you let people know about "questionable" content before hand so here goes. I'm writing swearing into the script but it's always going to censored so honestly you could just made a sound that sounds like the first letter of the swear and not actually swear if you want to. That's actually what I'm going to do since I don't swear. There are also sex jokes in the series. I hesitate to call them "mild" but I also wouldn't call them obscene either. PG13 stuff at the most.
Here is the promo for the series. The first 10 secs and the last 30 secs of the video will be the opening to every episode.
(I know, it's going to be abridged XD) I also like how you have sample clips for each person. You're the first person (I've seen) that's done that. That's awesome XDD
