Question: Who the h e double hocky sticks are you and why should we care
My name is Innagadadavida I do video work in this here parody hobby anime business. I've helped make a ton of Dragon Ball Z videos with my buddy Remix of WeeklyTubeShow: perhaps you would like to see one. I am the editor and writer and occasional voice actor for a parody show called Dub of the North Star. I co-wrote and co-starred in a popular Hentai Parody called Rapeman. And I do personal projects on the side just to meet women.
Question: What the ferk is this all about, mr man?
Answer: I'm looking for someone, maybe that's you; I want some help with my new show, yo. Im only committing to one season of five episodes. I have an original story-arc planned and I'm going to be wrapping that all up within this mini-series. Looking for perty voices. Some reliable actors with wide range. And I'm looking for a writer with good sense of comedy and some quick wit to help smooth out the rough edges. Basically, I'm looking for a partner to bounce ideas off of and write full scripts about a childrens show with fighting bug robots from outer-space. I'm sorry I just had a moment where I started to reevaluate my life.
Question: Can I be in your show?
Answer: No. Because if you express enthusiasm, that makes you uncool.
Question: I'm looking for voice actors. So if you can do a wide range of voices and are available frequently for recording, let me know. And if you're not one of these people, well you better be a damn good voice artist. Man. Or woman. Or unspecified gender lets not be offensive here. Here are the roles.

Auditions Open: Medabee: A crude-mannered and egotistical robot. The mascot of the series. Loves to put Ikki down and has an unpredictable temper. Its never really clear if this character is serious, sarcastic, or ironic. Needs an authoritative confident older sounding voice.
Auditions Open: Ikki: A self-conscious nerdy kid who's prone to suggestion and cracks under pressure. A more or less straight man to a cast of insane characters around him. Needs a normal speaking voice, preferably younger sounding.
Auditions Open: Henry: In every episode, sometimes the star of episodes. He is a store clerk by day and a super hero by night called the "Phantom Renegade". In this story, he is very clear about his alterego. Bragging about it at any opportunity he can, as if its all he thinks about. He also has a tenancy to take on jobs that are insane or irrational, such as solving the problem of youth desensitization or walking directly into a military complex to rescue soldiers. Voice should be that of a stereotypical western super hero.
Auditions Open: Ireka: A female friend of Ikkis. Puts him down sometimes. Is very sarcastic and vindictive. As for voice, I can imagine a bit of a valley girl hint to it. But that's not entirely necessary.
Auditions Open: Karen: Female friend of Ikkis. Hasn't been written in yet.
Question:
This is a pilot storyboard written and voiced by me. I am open to many changes as I'm not terribly attached to this version. It is one of a few scripts I have written that I would sincerely like to refine. You can also just critique it if you wanna give your two cents but don't want to commit to anything.
Some information:
The original show was episodic, this parody series will be connecting the episodes with an original premise. The kids are filming a reality show. The story goes in and out of the production and the actual finished product. The episodes, when in finished product mode, will be including custom animated segments which will play out as interviews or monologues like a real reality show. This is just for parody sake. Thought this would be an interesting and unique gimmick. Here are some examples of the custom animation.
A lot of the humor is self-referential, parody (of anime, medabots, and reality shows), and surrealist deadpan which I am a huge fan and proponent of. I'm not looking to follow any sort of mold here, I'm really trying for something unseen in this community. So when you send in your audition, the more outside-the-box it is, the more positively I'll respond.
So I'm accepting auditions
I'm going to be picky. So don't be offended if I don't pick you. I'm not confident I will find what I'm looking for, not to be cynical or anything. Just being honest. If you understand why I feel this way, then you're probably the type of person I'm looking for. Send it to my email address. Its a gmail account with the name theanim8or. Don't want to type it out because of crawlers.
