I recently have started to write an Vocaloid fanfic/book kind of a thing, and I though, "HEY! Why not have an audiobook to go along with it?" And so this thread came along. =w= This story is still in the process of writing, but the chapters are very short, so it will be fairly easy to dub. The audiobooks and the chapters will be released at the same time, so the cast members will get extra secret spoilers. :9 I hope this will be a very fun project~ >w<b
ALSO. I am not a desperate person who casts themselves as the very main character of a project. xDD I just consulted with a friend and we decided that since it was my book that I was creating, I was the one who could portray the main character best. ^-^
PLOT: Rin Kagamine is an average first year high school girl. She tries her best not to be noticed, unlike her twin brother Len who always seems to be noticed wherever he goes. And see, her brother's got this friend. A really cute friend who Rin is totally falling for. But he's way too far out of her league. AND SO. Rin has come up with the perfect plan~ To become Len, her perfect brother, for a week and capture the boy's heart! But switching from one extreme to another isn't exactly easy when you're one of the most quiet kids in school. With barely any who know her secret, will Rin manage to fit in without calling any attention to herself?

Bio:Our cute heroine and narrator of the story, Rin isn't very outgoing or confident in herself. Any talking back to anyone
that she does is well... in her head. She usually gets poor grades. Not that it's really her fault, she
just can't seem to stay awake in class! Compared to her twin brother Len, she would probably be considered
the bad twin. But aside from the bad grades and reserved personality, she's an honest, wholehearted,
brave girl! Well... All except the brave part. As she becomes Len, she learns more about herself and the people around
her and in doing so, she begins to question who she admires and who she loves with all her heart.

Bio:Len is what Rin considers the "Better half". He's... well... Can I say cuter than Rin? Len is the most popular boy
in school, and everyone admires his good grades and stunning looks. Especially Rin, who is extremely jealous. He
usually seems stuck up and a bit annoying, but turns out he's a bit of a softie for cats. *coughtsunderecough*
Social rank is his number one priority, but as he begins to become closer with Rin and her friends, he also begins
to wonder if he ever actually knew what lies behind the mask of social status, and what true friendship is.
Voice Requirements:Low boy voice, but still must be a female voice actor. Can sometimes be monotone or spoken in a bored tone.
☆[MeroMeroSaharade] Miku Hatsune

Bio: Miku is the energetic childhood friend of Rin and Len. She disappeared suddenly without any
contact when they all were 7, but she comes back suddenly when she barges in on Rin's
(Posing as Len) class as a transfer student. She has never thought of Len as more than an adorable
younger brother, but when she learns of his feelings for her, she begins to wonder what
love really is. Miku is a confident (and forgetful) girl who is always smiling. Rin needs a friend like her to
come save her at the most awkward of moments.

Bio: Lily is Rin and Len's older sister who is always working. It's never really revealed in
the story, but the three were orphaned when Lily was in high school and she took on many part
time jobs to make ends meet. Lily may come off as a bit harsh, but she's a truly kind and caring older sister.

LINE COUNT: MEDIUM-HEAVY
Bio: Gumi is the leader of the drama club, and plays Juliet in the school play. She is
the first one to find out Rin's secret, and her first real friend in high school. Gumi is a
positive, humorous girl and is always quick to lend a hand to friends in need. She participates
in Rin's first sleepover with the girls, and coaxes Rin to reveal her secrets and feelings
the had kept inside herself. Gumi is a trustworthy friend and will always swear to secrecy
if told a secret. Although she has never experienced love, she is quick to coach Rin on how to befriend boys.
☆[ChibiSammii] SeeU

Bio:SeeU is a cat girl who is found in a large box by Rin on her way home from school.
It is raining and she worries about the little girl, and so Rin brings her home. There SeeU
meets Len (Who has a soft spot for cats) and immediately falls in love with him, and
Len is amazed by her cuteness. The two are practically a couple and spend every waking minute
with each other. Rin begins to be very jealous and she and Len start to become farther
apart... due to Rin's stupidity. Gumi and Miku are the ones who set things straight in the end.

Bio:Meiko is the main teacher of class 2-A. Her nickname "Mei-Chan" came about because
that is the name Kaito calls her and the children picked it up from him. She loves to hit late
and misbehaving students with her paper fan, although all of them happen to be boys because
she has a soft spot for girls. She is going out with Kaito which the students find very funny.

Bio:Rei is the SECOND most popular boy in school and Len's very best friend. Most
people mistake him as Len's twin instead of Rin. Rei is calm, cool, and collected; exactly
what Rin looks for in a guy. That's what started this whole thing. He had never even
thought about Len in a romantic way, but Rin's personality was something he'd never
thought he'd end up falling for, even if she was dressed like Len. It is later revealed after
he rejects Rin that he has many regrets and terrible things happening in his life (Including rejecting Rin)
and he wants to commit suicide.
Voice Requirements: More manly than Len, but... again, put your own spin on it.

Bio:Kaito is the assistant teacher of class 2-A. His nickname "Bakaito" came
about because that is the name Meiko calls him and the children picked it
up from her. Kaito is an easy going teacher who loves to bring in ice cream for the kids.
He is going out with Meiko which the students find very funny.

Bio:Piko is the boy who sits behind Rin in class and like her, isn't one of the popular kids. He has had an slight crush on Len since elementary school when he fell and Len comforted and befriended him. Although Len grew farther apart from him as he became more well known, Piko's feelings never changed. He never really payed too much attention to Rin until... he found out she was pretending to be Len. As his feelings for Rin grow, he begins to wonder what kind of love he feels for different people. Piko is a kind hearted boy who will do anything for his friends and the people he loves.
Voice Requirements: He should sound a bit girly, but put your own little spin on it.
