I'd also add My Little Pony, there are loads of scenes from that show that have been fandubbed, though I don't think I've seen a full episode fandub (aside from one episode where a guy fandubbed all of Discord's lines and left everyone else's unchanged).

I love the OG Dragon Ball. Its too bad that its not fandubbed very often, but I can see why. I'd rather be a Super Saiyan than *pat pat* everything I see.
Maybe one day I'll do something with it... when I'm not having a life to hold me back

This. I have no idea how this got so popular to fandub but it seems to be getting pretty high up there.

Definitely Clannad, Shugo Chara, Tokyo Mew Mew, Naruto, Tales of [insert series here], abridged series in general. Hell, pretty much everything that was mentioned in here already. Basically anything that's really popular at a given time will be overdone to hell until people get bored of it, then they will find new series to be overdone to hell and have it wind down again eventually.

We seriously need more fandubs of Valkyrie Profile in here. I've only seen like a handful of them, including that 1 clip I did but most of it are McTricky's clips anyway. We also need some more Gundam and any type of mecha (except Code Geass) series in here. That and maybe a bit more Melty Blood besides Hathor Liderc's clips.
