April Rayborn is far fromyour average teenager. For starters she’s far more interested in games, comics, and manga then your regular girl; not to mention the fact that she’s a witchwho uses magic to get through the more mundane activities of school such asschool assemblies and homework. And now through a series of bizarrecircumstances she has been given her very own Japanese reality television show.Still even with her powersher life isn’t all that easy. A top secret branch of the government has deployedagent Lena Sears to keep tabs on April’s activities, who proves to be just asdangerous as April herself. Throw in crazy network executives, time travelers, ninja assassins, terminators, and it makes for a show unlike any other.
The show is essentiallylike 'The Office' at school. The character all have littleinterviews/commentary at various points throughout each episode but the bigdifference is that the show is very aware of its own existence, and will haveApril meeting with producers, or argue with Rich, the smart-aleck cameraman. The show is just as much about the making of the show as it is about thereality show itself. It is a comedy, with some action thrown in for goodmeasure and tons of nerd references. Season Two will contain ten half-hour episodes.
