  1. #1 Reasons Why I Love Voice Acting
So, I decided to put something motivational up. I am going to share why I love voice acting (as cheesy as that sounds...)

    - Telling a story. I personally have always LOVED telling stories. Whether it starts with 'Once Upon A Time' or just getting into the character's story.

    - Getting a response from my audience. ANY kind of response. Happiness, sadness, laughter, anger, etc! If I get a reaction I have done my job. I kinda get a rush out of emotions.

    - This is somewhat embarrassing to admit but I liked acting out with my barbies when I was a kid. X'D

    - Out of body experience? Well, I'm not sure if this would be called one but when you forget who you are for a few brief moments while voicing your character.

    - The thrill of improving. Getting feedback from others and learning so much!

    - When someone says they watched my work more than once.

    - Teaching friends how to "let go" when recording with me.

    - Getting that ONE perfect take that you couldn't do before.

    - Watching fellow VA's improve like mad and smile like an idiot.

    - Sharing my passion with others.

Tell me why you guys love voice acting. Share how you started, etc?

There is something so freeing about being able to cast based solely on the voice. I can play any single character I want (within reason). I can be a little boy again, I can be an adult, a monster, a killer, anything I want...when in reality I could be unshaven and sitting in my pajamas.

How may I help you? ^^

~ Not giving a shit about what comes out of your mouth for a few hours.

~ That feeling in your brain that you believe you are that character.

~ Hearing a project you've been in and not believing that was your voice because it fits the character so well.

~ Cathartic releases of emotions (Bad day + coming home to a script of screaming lines = amazing)

~ Extending my range and singing talents. (Drawback: cracking, but too be expected)
    Latest Roles:
Saber, Rin (Fate/Stay Night One-shot abridged)
Yellow-Eyed Boy (Shadow Hearts game dub)
    Tomoyo Sakagami (Clannad fandub)
Granny (Legend of Stray Wolf radio play)
    Lizardon (Smash King machinima)
    Dahlia Hawthorne (Turnabout Memories Dub)
AppleJack (Epic Cupcake Time, Epic Pie Time)
Maya Fey: Ace Attorney (game dub)
Haley Starshine, Miko Miyazaki, Sabine (Order of the Stick web comic dub)
    Sailor Venus/Minako Aino (Seasons 3, 4, 5 fandub)
Rachel Alucard, Taokaka, Sena/Luna, Noel Vermillion, Carl (BlazeBlu game dub/comic dub)
Alina: The Heart of A Witch original series (Youtube)
Queen Alsheyra: Chrome Shelled Regios (Youtube)
Princess Kyakuu, Sailor Venus (Solar Sailors)

    - It's something I'm actually decent at. This...and music are really the only two things I consider myself even okay at doing.

    - People seem to enjoy it. When I first started out. It was a joke...literally. I started out auditioning for a youtube original "anime" series. And I did a "parody" audition of sorts. Where I did voices that didn't fill the characters whatsoever. When I actually sent it in...I realized that was actually really fun and I wanted to try it seriously.

    - I just love the fact that the possibilities are endless. I'm so short...that in stage acting/film, I would fit no character besides a dwarf or something. But in voice acting, I can be a smart-ass, a monster, a dog, a bird, a calculating cold villain, whatever.

    - For some reason...just seeing/hearing voice acting puts a smile on my face. The first time I saw a random person recording in a professional booth on youtube, it looked so fun and such a cool job to have.

    - Great outlet for emotions obviously. If you're feeling a certain way, just let it out in the mic

I love to act, but I get bad stage fright. Voice acting allows me to act without a stage.

Also, I love making people laugh by doing funny voices.

    My Little Pony Bronydub: Manticore

Unfortunate Sons: Black Ops Machinima: Sargent

    These. ^^

    - You get to be a different person, even for the few moments you deliver the lines. You're living in the world they are. It's exciting, and the closest you could be with the character.

    - I've had my friends act with me. They find it almost strange that I completely change my personality when saying lines, and in turn, it helps them not to feel weird doing it as well.~

    I like voice acting because:

    1. : You don´t have to rely on good looks or stuff like that. You have to rely on your vocal chords.

2: You can play characters you probably never would play on screen in live action films.

3: You get to hide behind a character and forget who you are and your daily problems for a few minutes XD.

4: Probably the reason everybody likes it is because you get to tell a story and just play silly XD
