You have a nice range, portray some good emotions and are definetely good at the evil characters, only right now you are doing impressions of existing characters. People will quickly compare you with the original voices. (It would be good for the fan projects though, but if you would like to do more in voice acting you should try to experiment with original voices)
For your next demo reel it would be good to try out original characters, so that you come up with your own lines and experiment with that.
Also a demo reel should be around 1:30 minutes, so you can quickly showcase your pitches and acting. Right now it takes too long and some people might skip the characters or even click it away.
Good luck with your voice acting, no doubt you will get in a project on here when you audition. See you around the board!
