I'm going to formally address why I was so determined to have Nitori voiced by a male. The answer is simple: This is an anime that deals with transgender issues. It's about a boy who wants to be a girl and a girl who wants to be a boy. For me, personally, as someone who has friends that deal with the issues of gender roles in society - and who deals with them in her own way - it feels wrong to put a male in the role of Nitori, who deals with such a tender issue. The original seiyuu for Nitori was, in fact, a male as well, and I thought it only appropriate to honor this by casting a male voice actor for Nitori in this clip.
While the quality is not up to par with my other productions, I'm still quite proud of this little clip. Pokop was wonderful to work with and incredibly patient with me as a producer. Thank you.
