Yeah Mighty Morphin was probably most well remembered for that particular reason. Later seasons would still have original stuff but not as much as it used to up until Wild Force.

It wasn't bad, though it really did seem like the script gave up due to timetravel after about 5/8 through the movie. I was able to stay ignorant of the tribute to the other heroes of justice, so that was the highlight of the film for me. I'm a big fan of older toku so it was a surprisingly high level of pant-shitting that only made me want for more. With the sense these films have been making I'd really like a Cyborg 009 X Kamen Rider X Kikaider mega movie for the 50th anniversary.
Also Black looked bored, but that's just cause it's another day in the life for him. I really wished they played the mind control of #1 and #2 a little more straight, allowing them to break control with the power of kamen rider camaraderie and love of justice, instead of just another ploy. I was really disappointed none of the background riders were able yell out their catchphrases with their names, I'd sit down to an hour of showboating and justice rants but that's just me. Overall probably the best reunion gimmick film out of all the anniversary specials we've had in the last decade or so.

First off, That is an awesome Harlock icon you got there. Just saying. Secondly, I couldn't agreed more as a fan of older Toku myself. It was pretty good which that and I loved seeing General Jark, King Dark, and even the original Kaijin all over again. It was a lot better than the Core Movie (the OOO parts. W was awesome in that movie.) that's for sure.....I wish could have seen the Great Leader Colossus do more....even though that entrance was badass.

Back to Sentai Business. Gokaiger has ended and I must say...it was kind of lackluster at the end. It was in with a bang and ended with a whimper. It was kind of sad....but now we have Gobusters and it is freaking awesome! 8D ....Ahem! Fanboying aside, it is quite good and their henshin device....It's Morphing Time! I see what you did there, Toei. XD I hope it keeps up the energy. No pun intended.
Fourze is shaping up nicely....but the cheesiness is starting to get to me. Good thing the Zodiarts keep of the serious part. A hero is only as good as his villains as they say. The Magnet States is an awesome form and I do enjoy the new Zodiarts Cancer and Virgo. I will keep watching.
Wait there is more! Apparently someone is make a low budget parody of Super Sentai named Hikounin Sentai Akibaranger and I must say.....I love the suits of Akibaranger. I hope the jokes are good and it is funny....but those suits are pretty awesome.
