Help wanted here with auditioning and stuff

Um hi, I'm new here and I would really like if someone out there would help me please. I've heard of the heart warming welcoming Doom people. I think what you guys do is very helpful I bet you guys helped alot of people. I'm just completely lost and I really need some help, so anybody that wants to help me please don't be shy. I really want to do this and I'm hoping for the best. First thing I need help with is the whole mp3 auditioning cd things I guess. I have no clue on what to do with that. And how do you record, and then how do you send it in, do you send in a cd or a recording or what? I don't know. And how do you know when you're signing up for an audition, where it's going to be held, like where are you going to go? Are they even recording where you are? Stuff like that you know. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me though.

OKay, as for auditioning, you oviouly need a microphone, a recording program that can save in MP3 (I recommend Audacity)

As for sending, most threads wiill tell you guidelines and everything. (I advise you to read them )
