While it's nice to have a few distributions designed for Linux audio, knowing how to use the programs can be a difficult proposition. I've decided to make a blog focusing on the setup and use of Linux audio, in the hopes that people who are curious will have a place to get basic information on how to use the software. The blog so far covers Jack, which all pro audio tools depend on. In the next week or so, I will be adding articles on Ardour (Multitrack Recorder and DAW), Rosegarden (MIDI Sequencer), and several plugins and tools. With a little time and practice, this can (hopefully) help you churn out recordings in Linux as easily as you could in Windows or Mac.

Hope this helps anyone!
