I think all of us get to that point sometime. The best advice I can offer is to step away from it for a while. I'm speaking out of experience. The moment it starts affecting your ability to enjoy what you do, you need to take a mental check-out. Sometimes people need to actually decide if this is the hobby for them.
Also, the things you've described are not unusual. Most of the people here are doing this as a hobby too, and can quit or take as much time as they want to complete something. Ultimately, if you want something done, you really need to do it yourself, find someone you trust, or barter/pay them for their service.
