This isn't rated PG-13 its rated R. Your only allowed to say "fuck" once in something thats rated PG-13. If you say "fuck" more then once then it's rated R or higher.

Bumping the thread!
Adam, what I think she meant is that people here, naturally, are interested in VAing -- namely, creating works that would require VAing, because people here usually are people who VA. While people who are interested in VAing are also interested in viewing, that's more of a tag-along interest rather than the main reason people would actually come here, which is to look for auditions for VAing opportunities and for VAs see what their VAs friends have been up to in terms of VAing. People do not come here mainly for viewing entertainment; they go to communities that have the topic of entertainment and shows of interest, rather than someplace like the VAA. The VAA is, by nature and definition, a forum made for creators.
Mmm, that's not actually a rule set in stone from what I've read; if your mentioning of this is questioning whether this project's appropriate for this forum or not, then as far as I can see it as a mod, it's perfectly acceptable, considering it does warn for strong language in the post. Technicalities as to exactly how many times it's used seem to me just that, technicalities. (It's not like it's used in like every other sentence)

100% what I meant
Also, I find those ratings pretty silly, tbh. I mean, there's a kid for whom the rating is made. So the kid can hear "fuck" once every clip they watch but they can't hear it, let's say, 3 times per clip? Because what will happen if those two more fucks happen? If the kid shouldn't hear swearing, then the kid shouldn't hear any swearing. The logic eludes me![]()
And now is the best time to bump. =>
You weren't here when this forum was extremely active. From 2006-2009. The point of this original section is for those who are a part of this community to see when a project is finished. People used to wait on things being released. Naturally since you guys weren't here for that you don't expect it and it's easy to pass off the forum's inactivity with the mindset of "The VAA is merely just for creators". It's supposed to be more than that. It's turned into a simple resource forum to talk about fandubs and such. Nothing wrong with that, but at the same time, if you're a community you should be paying attention to producers and what they put out. That's the way you learn about which producers are reliable, what kind of quality they put out and the same with voice actors. Tons of voice actors got scouted just because of the projects they were a part of. I'm not saying this forum is where you go to get unknown viewership, this is the place where your cast and those you know and are involved in the project should be posting. But 9/10 times that never happens. But the competed section is also to keep everything in order so that those who want to VA can look to find projects that may be interested in voicing in.
The point is that there's tons of projects here that should be listened to or watched. And a lot of them have links to main sites like youtube or newgrounds that host the actual content. The point of the VAA is to create a community that works together and is also a resource for creators. People come together and network and share, that is the point of this forum. It's not a black and white answer.

And now, reviews for the Audioplay! 8D
Or at least an awesome mix of both.
I know. I'm saying what it ideally should be is what the reality of the forum used to be. Which makes the transition to this much more frustrating. But that has to do with a lot of those who thought that way moving on to professional work and leaving the forum.
Yeah, it's a good audio play. That fits that required content. Seriously, I'll write out something thorough at some point

I'm writing my review on a Word doc, and I'll copy/paste it sometime this weekend. It's been a ride.
