I'm very happy to see more and more original projects showing up. It's inspiring to see it to be honest.

The mixing was pretty solid, the music selection was good as well.

The acting overall was a little dry though. A lot of it felt like people were just reading the script and recording them, there wasn't much emotion when there should have been. For instance when Lady Byron was saying that she'd "Kill them" it should have much more anger and frustration driving it, but it came out on the same level was the lines that were said before it.

Mippa was the stand out in the episode, you could feel the doubt within her and the annoyance with her mother. For the next episode, if you don't do it already in your scripts, I'd add direction so the voice actors should know what their emotion should be. I feel like if the acting and emotion is improved it'll greatly up the quality of the production. Since right now the story, cast and over all feel is there, just the actual acting needs to catch up a bit.

Good job! Keep it up and I'll definitely be looking for the next installment.

Obviously I've caught up with all the episodes, but Episode 3 was quite exciting. Got to hear George get serious and passionate, and have Tom get a little personal in his off-beat manner. I did enjoy all of the cast's performances, but Tanner really got me locked into this chapter with his solid acting in my opinion.

The awesome thing about projects like these is that there's so much freedom to truly "act" but there's also the opportunity to not quite sync up with how a line could be read. The latter is hardest to judge since it could easily be written off as just "how the character would read it." With that said, I do believe every VA had a moment where this sort of thing happened. I did expect to hear a little more from Sean in his angrier, sadder moments even though George is extremely nonchalant and only starts to brighten up after Laura becomes involved. Andrew also had a line or three that just sounded plain or off (e.g. When Jake tells them to escape, his "Yeah" sounds oddly inflected. I also want to note that it was difficult to follow the moments involving Tom "capturing" Lady Bryon. There wasn't much adlibbed vocalization to determine how or when she broke free.

The mixing was well done overall. There were a few SFXs that weren't all that quality, but I understand that "quality" and "free" don't usually mix. Do you have any of the SFX libraries from VAA? They're really good and widely ranged, thanks to some very giving individuals finding them.

Your writing still is the strongest aspect of this production with your VAs second. I've really started to get a feel for why the characters say what they do and react the way they do. The VAs bring that out well which I'm sure you're very proud of. It was the reason why I auditioned for this audio drama, aside from the quality of the mix and cast. However, as Adam mentioned before, I would recommend adding specific direction in the script even though you do encourage adlibbing. It really does bring a more cohesive level of interaction and play between the actors if they are at least told "struggling to hold onto"

Thank you for being so diligent with this production, Tablet! I'm very much looking forward to my character's appearance in Chapter 4.

Ramune, thanks for the constructive criticism and actually taking the time to listen through the project, it really means a lot.

Now for the points. For the first two episodes there was very limited direction placed on lines, I wanted to give the actors the feedom to assess the situations and characters and begin to grow comfortable performing in the roles without having each line ring fenced with direction. I've found too often in the past as a VA that ring fencing all lines with direction though provides a definite response can limit a performance and it becomes very easy to 'over do' or ham up a line when the producer didn't actually intend for it to be that way. You may have noticed a reasonable amount of direction on lines in the Episode 4 script especially when something complicated or heated is happening, you may have also noticed a lack of direction on your own lines... this was done on purpose as since you're new to the production I wanted to give you an episode where you can let lose which will give me a gauge as to how to direct your lines in the upcoming episodes, I like to remain flexible with a VA's interpretation of the character though I do agree that on occasion there have been times where the lines do not completely flow in a scene but I am working with some of the actors on improving their performances and I think especially with episode 3 the mixture of feedback and comfort within the characters the actors have developed really showed.

Sound effect wise I mainly use the free sound project as there is a reasonable amount of choice when it comes to what I can use for each SFX, I also mix sound effects together to create more suitable effects (the sword that killed georges parents for one was a composite of a sword being sharpened and a water melon being hit with a hammer) I also record my own sound effects when the need arises (when the jammed radio is turned off after the opening music in episode 2 that sound was my old transistor radio buttons being pressed or when Tom is packing the bags towards the end of that episode I put a pair of head phones on and listened to the raw audio stringed together all the while packing a bag in time with the scene and recording the sounds it made then mixing them directly back into the scene.) I'm always on the look out for more sound effect resources and I will graciously look at the SFX libraries on the VAA, thanks for pointing me in their direction

As for writing, until this production I had never really considered myself a writer, I honestly thought I'd enjoy the production side more. I have since found that as much as writing Season 1 had been a labour of love (the first season took over 6 months to write) I have found that I simply enjoy telling stories. I've also found especially in episode 3 where pervious I would clean the vocals for that scene then mix the scene that in episode 3 I chose to clean all the audio all at once which left me the creative freedom to make everything flow and allowed me to actually mix the episode over 2 days instead of 2 weeks.

I hope my waffling addresses some of the points made, this is after all my first production and every episode is a new experience and learning opportunity and I thank everyone who participates either through acting or simply listening to the show. Thank you all!
