Auditions are open for RCU's new Summer Radio Play, A Stand Up Kind of Guy!

[Stand Up] is about a 16 yr. old boy named Corey who dreams of becoming a popular cosplay comedian. After his first ever performance at a convention, he is challenged by Ame XO to a panel off at the end of the summer. Corey then embarks on a summer-long trip to conventions with his manager Luna and his cousin Griffin in order to build his fanbase and earn the right to do stand up.
Audition Lines:
Corey
[1] [meek]: ...ahem... how y'all doing out there?
[2] [to himself] it was all a dream...[ecstatic ] it was just a dream! [frightened whispers] it wasn't a dream, it was a nightmare!
[3]: Every so often anime, video game, and sci-fi lovers gather together for at least three days of reckless abandon, ridiculous costume designs and excessive glompage. The gatherings are conventions; shortened to cons. Staffers prepare a bunch of events for these conventions so that the fans can have the best time before returning back to the mundane.
Griffin:
[1] impressed]: really? Wow so you're, like, really popular at these conventions huh?
[2] Wait, I thought you two were friends and now she has no idea who you—ow!
[3] (Sweetly) Sorry buddy, I'm sure next time you'll...
Luna:
[1] Corey! You're late, what were you doing?
[2] [to the room and embarrassed] Hi, this is the room that my friend Corey was going to be performing in soon, but I guess we're too early so we'll just go now—
[3] of course it is! What's wrong with you?
Ame XO:
[1] Who are you again?
[2] You can't rush art, Carl
[3] [loud and obnoxious]: Is that the best you can do?
Loud Guy:
[1]I THOUGHT THIS WAS A YAOI PANEL
[2][Referring to the weather]NO IT'S PERFECTLY FINE! IN FACT, I THINK IT'S PRETTY BREEZY!
[3]THE YAOI PANEL ISN'T FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES! [Angrily] YOU LIAR!
Crowd Members:
[1]BOO!
[2]what is this?
[3][Chanting] STORY!STORY!STORY!
Random Con-goers (We'll need a lot of people):
[1]I told you, Dante doesn't dance.
[2]How much will you sell me this picture of Itachi and Kakashi? ...[Shocked] Ehh! Lower the price man!
[3]ohmygosh! Can I hug you?

[1]Okay then! Everyone, ready for sound check? Music cue!
