I like your voice! Demos should be about 1 minute to 1 minute 30 sec. People don't have the patience to listen to the whole thing. It's better if you don't list characters you did; people tend to compare. There were puffs and it was hard to understand you for Maka 'cause of the echo. That's all I can think of. x3 Not bad overall! ;3

LOL i said I would make a demo reel about a month ago -_- does it really have to b short, i think mine is over 10 mins.... I shuld probably make a few demos then

Well you do have a rather unique voice, and you seem to be on the right track, however as mentioned, demo's should be a lot shorter, lol.
also, most demos you don't want to mention who exactly you are voicing, notably rather well-known anime characters like Maka, Kairi and Namine, it tends to restrict the listeners to those characters and judge it on the character, and not the voice in general. Delivery wise you got it down pretty well on most parts, some seemed a little more awkward or forced, like Rena's squeal in her "Take Home Mode".

Although you did snag my attention and I will certainly keep you in mind for some project ideas, and if you need any help on mixing a shorter demo, give me a holler
