Who is your role model on the VAA?

I think most people on this site like to know that they are good at what they do, and could use a little boost in their self-confidence.
(Don't we all need that?)

There a lot of role models I've had here on the VAA. Some for producing and some for being the bad-ass voice actors they know they are. Hell, some of these guys made it here after me, and are above and beyond what I could hope to achieve now. Maybe, someday. XD

Shudo-Ranmaru, Sukisho, Sapphire, Tonberry King, Damaru, Sarifus, ConVito, lionfayt, Haushinka, Voiceactingninja, Fairuza, Akumaryu, MissAck, ichigoxcupcakes, Actorman, DarkWolf, Instraclassic, Motly Fool, Cydonia, KuroKoe, SakasaJinei, KaelWolfCry, and last but certainly not least: my bro Majinboo0111. Each of these VAs/producers have inspired me and have set a standard for myself. Or should I say a goal to keep improving myself. Either way, I have these people to thank for inspiring me to keep going here on the VAA. These people can keep doing what they're doing, cause' I love their work. And I aim to come close to that one day.

The 'When I first joined the VAA' role models......

ShudoRanmaru
Her work inspired me to be better and to try my best at what I do voice acting wise. Don't ask me why, I know that's silly, but her work in general was so professional that I literally forgot I was watching fandubs. Her professionalism is what I admire, and not to mention she's adorable.

Sapphire
She can dish it and take it. I admire that she can speak her mind, and that she's confident in what she does. I think it takes a lot to put yourself out there, and kudos to her for doing a great job. <3 Her work is unbelievably professional to the point where I drool. Yes, it has happened. lol

Actorman
YOUR VOICE IS LIKE PAPRIKA. IT'S SO GOOD. lol
Seriously, every role that he has voiced I've had no complaints. And not to mention with each character he voices sounds different and unique, which I really love.
I always look forward to clips that he's in because they will be great~

Call me silly, but I wish I had his voice ;///[]///;
It's so soothing and yet it can be upbeat. This is what I would like my singing voice to be, but it's going to take a while to get there. :\

Though I think sometimes I freak him out with my personality.

I was like WTF IS THIS PERSON, AND WHY DOES HE HAVE THE VOICE OF CARAMEL? lol seriously.
I really liked the smoothness in his voice and that he gave each role he did a little "flair" to it. He is a great person to work with and is extremely professional.
Which is something that I've always liked, because professionalism is a great thing to have.

I've always loved his voice. Seriously, I can't explain why I do it just happened one day when I was on the VAA oh so long ago.
I came across the GURREN LAGANN VIRAL'S DREAM fandub he was doing and I had to audition for it no matter what lol.
I couldn't express my excitement when I actually received the part of Nia, and not to mention that was my first fandub ever.
A great person, personality, and of course someone to work with. I hope one day to work again with him, it was a real pleasure : 3

Ry-Guy: His voice work introduces me to the world of fan dubbing to the point where I started producing my own fan made works~ In fact, I still think of him as the best VA ever. His range, his singing voices, you shitting me?! He can do all that? Why can't I? That'd be so awesome if I could!

Fairuza: I'd love to be in her shoes, because she's such a talented woman with quite a range. She's also very professional... My goodness! I am currently working on my higher sultry voices because she's inspired me to. ;_;

Sukisho: Awesome Role model when it comes to audio mixing. His work inspired me to focus on quality~ ;p Sometimes I wish my finished products were just as popular as his. Keep it up Sukisho!

ShadyVox: He taught me the basics of voice acting... Even when I didn't ask him too. He just took me under his wing~ He's kind of like a mentor, I'd say. He went over and beyond by encouraging me that I can do it! He gave me confidence. He not only has a heart of gold, patience of a saint, but has as quite a range! Not to mention he's talented and makes for an awesome audio mixer!

Most of my VAA contacts I see more as friends, but there are a few whom I see as role models both as producers/mixers and actors....heck as people all around.

Hyperknees91, Tonberry King, ChristianSekhanan, BloodRedOath(even though he's younger than me lol), Aussieroth07....I'm sure there are plenty more on my list but that's all that I can get off the top of my head. Like I said most of the VAA people I know I see like brothers and sisters almost haha.

I'd have to say Laura Post, Lucien Dodge, and Phillip Sacramento. I've always admired their voice acting skills, and they're really awesome people. I really want to reach their level of awesome talent one day.

And... and... and...sometimes when I'm all alone, I'll sit in my dark room, and eat a box of Godiva chocolates while listening to their demos and watching animations they've voiced in.

Sakasa Jin'ei - Sakasa taught me a lot about mixing when she was helping me spruce up the mixing on my latest Dragon Ball Kai fandub. She knows what she's doing, and I admire that she has the confidence to speak her mind. Pretty much, she pretty much set the standard to where I should aim for as a producer.

Others include hyperknees91, Tonberry King, ConVito, Shudo-Ranmaru, Aussieroth and Christian Sekhanan. There's more, and there's definitely reasons for those 6, but I'm kinda rushing this post. >.>
