Haushinka's 2011 Demo Reel. Finally. ;O

So...I haven't made a demo reel since 2008. I used to make them every year or so, but I never knew wtf to put on it and I was kind of scared to make a new one because a lot of people listen to my reels for some reason.

Anyway, I finished this one recently. The characters aren't really imitations of anything although inspired by some---I just took the lines from random flash movies and auditions I did over the years and rerecorded them.

It's still kind of a work in progress. I'm willing to revise based on the critiques I get as I'm kind of terrible at judging my own work >;O

Re: Scouting... after 2 weeks of flu I am really behind on all my stuff, so I probably won't be auditioning for anything for a while. But I'm a sucker for fighting games and MUGEN adaptations...

Well this is nice to see a new one from you.

It really showed off your range, and to be honest, I was kinda surprised with some of them. You really ought to do more lower, sultry characters, you do them well, and it sounds nothing like your higher pitched, energetic characters that most people think of you as. Most people who voice pitches lower than their normal range, I can tell its them, or at least hear part of their higher voice in there, yours, I really can't. I know it's you from default, but yeah, they're really good and I think you should start emphasizing more roles that will allow you to use them.

You have a believable and very good range, I'm not that useful for voice criticism for voice demos, so this will primarily be a positive one haha. You're extremely versatile, probably more so than you think. Anyway, that's enough out of me lol.

And flu? Geez, it's like everyone's getting that or something similar. I've been getting sick this past week too ugh.

OMG!! This is really awesome!! Like probably THE BEST demo reel I've listened in VAA!!

I can't really give you critiques or good feedback like Adam did but I can tell you how much I enjoyed listening to your demo reel.
