To dream…or not to dream.

But what exactly is a dream?

An aspiration, a goal?

A fantastical creation of our own minds, of our fears and desires?

Or perhaps it’s another dimension entirely, only reached through our subconscious…where impossible worlds are created and exist all on their own, apart from reality. And perhaps there are ways to travel between these worlds, these “dreamscapes”, with dream workers and travelers to guide the way.

Welcome to Dreamcatcher.

Episode 1 : Dreams, Part 1

Ashley daydreams of being anyplace other than where she is – working as a cashier at a grocery store. But when her walk home takes a wrong turn, a mysterious stranger appears and shows her that dreams are not merely fiction.

Episode 2 : Dreams, Part 2

After a narrow escape, Ashley’s rescuer, Gabriel, shows her around Camelot before being swept away in a less than flattering exit. But when Ashley returns home alone, safe and sound, will anyone believe her story?

Episode 3 : Rendevous

Gabriel decides to play tour guide once more, transporting Ashley, Brian and Susan to the night-life world of Lunaria. While there, Gabriel meets a fellow Onieronaut; however, not everything is as it appears.

Episode 4 : Light and Dark

With a half-conscious Allan in tow, the group is transported to the Onieronaut headquarters at Equipoise. As Ashley, Susan and Brian are left to their own devices, one of them decides to go wandering in the dark.

Episode 5 : Nightmares

Ashley, Susan and Brian find themselves trapped in the shadows with creatures of the dark. Will they survive long enough to see home again?

Episode 6 : Demon's Craft

A strange visitor has arrived in Magrathea. When havoc erupts, can Ashley and Gabriel get to Gregory in time, or will it be too late?

Episode 7 : Search and Rescue, Part 1

Ashley and Gabriel go searching for a fellow Onieronaut, while Susan, Brian and Christopher attempt to get to the bottom of Gregory’s abduction. Too bad someone else has different plans….

Episode 8 : Search and Rescue, Part 2

Gregory’s been rescued, while Christopher remains stuck in battle. Can Ashley and Gabriel rescue their fellow Onieronaut before he destroys himself?

Episode 9 : Discovery

As both Onieronauts and humans take a break to recover and plan, some startling revelations are made. But there’s little time to act on them, as Damion seems to have other ideas.

It has been awesome reading your comments and thoughts on the series; I can only hope that Season 2 will live up to expectations! EDIT: This was pretty amazing. I really enjoyed listening to this (and like holy crap I haven't heard some of these people in forever). Mixing was just as good as the acting. I look forward to the next episode!

Well, 1-2 years, depending on when people were cast, etc. But overall, yeah! Crazy, isn't it?

Chilling open scene!!! Loved the acting there.

It's so good to hear mippa again, I miss her voice. As usual, effortless acting and very believable. Russ as Ned was hilarious XD That voice fit this character perfectly. I just pictured an insecure hunched over nerdy man abusing his power over poor Ashley. Dymatrex did a very nice job as Gabriel! Very suave and fitting for the heroic male lead. The comedic timing and little slips of sarcasm were spot on.

Mochan, I loved being the evil characters with you! You did a fantastic job. This being literally one of my first roles, I have to admit my performance was more on the amateur side... my reactions sounded a little forced and awkward :/ It's so weird hearing lines from 2 years ago haha.

Merodi, you did SUCH a good job mixing this! It was DEFINITELY worth the wait. Everything flowed so well and the music and sound effects were set perfectly. And I LOVED working with you and your critiques were always so helpful. You gave such great direction and insight to the roles, it was very obvious that you very passionate about this project. You poured so much of your time and creativity in this project and it turned out amazing!!

Wow, I remember auditioning for this project so long ago. I am very impressed that it did not die off, Merodi! Hats off to you!

I must say, I really enjoyed listening to this piece. The cast was outstanding and really brought to life their characters. At first mippa sounded a little too out of place and I wasn't really feeling the character of Ashley, but she eventually turned that around and really grew comfortable in the role. Mirielle sounded great as always, although her enunciation was difficult to understand at times, but still nonetheless, she performed the role well. Dymatrex was outstanding as Gabriel, it was like he was born to voice this hilarious character -- I'm shocked I haven't heard him in more stuff. I was impressed with how Russ kept his characters distinct and if I hadn't read the cast list, I would have never guessed that he voiced both. Mochan and tomatocars make great evil people or whatever.

This is probably one of the best audio productions I've heard. It sounded very professional and the two year wait was worth it. All the sound effects, music, and vocals sounded leveled and precise. The only audio issue I noted was an iffy sounding mic, but that was only during one section. The scripting was extremely clever and I absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. I am super excited for the next episode<333

This is the perfect example of a project that makes me want to get more into radioplays. The mixing was AWESOME, and most, if not all of the acting was great, with only a few annunciation slips here and there. So this is on the radio? That's pretty damn cool, if one radioplay I've heard deserves it, it's this one.
