    Howdy there!

My name, as you can see there, is Catog.

Let's see... I'm a writer, first and foremost - I've written a terrible Pokemon fanfic, a less-terrible-but-still-quite-awful short novel, a couple of good short story series - which can be found on my DeviantArt page, linked below - and my most favouritest and bestest ever work is what I am writing right now - The Dragonfire Wars. It has been my brainchild of literally a THIRD of my existence, and I have loved watching my characters develop as I myself have developed as a writer.

My voice acting work is minimal - my main reason to sign up is to actually try and find actors for my own work here. But I do have a demo up on YouTube! (My name is BlackFedoraStudios). So, if you just need me to do some extras, or a main with an Australian accent, just drop me a line and I'll see what I can do.

I like fedoras, and any of the other hats born from that. I LOVE FEDORAS. I ALWAYS WEAR A FEDORA. ANYONE WHO TOUCHES MY FEDORA DIES. Oh, and I love singing, dancing, acting, water polo, game design and gaming.

My humour is composed of dry wit and reference humour, and my DeviantArt page is bound with the different ups and down of this year (mostly downs - don't venture to my journal lest you dare.)

So, yeah! I really hope to work with any of you! I'm generally a friendly guy, open to critique, and glad to give it, should you ask. I'm always up for a chat about my work, and open to talk about your work as well.

Mate, we're going to get along just fine. You wear Fedora's, I wear Fedora's. You have a deviantart page, so do I. Most of my humor is wit, as Shakespeare once wrote down in Hamlet, Brevity is the soul of wit. I love Monty Python. Most of my scripts include witty and dry humor. I love reading the New Yorker comics. You like that? Chock full of dry and witty humor. Mad Magazine too. You read that? It's great. Read the Brevity comic book? Chock full of witty material. Same thing for Gary Larson. Legend. If you read the Far Side, yay for you!

Austrailia sounds like a cool place. I have some from friiends I know who are from Austrailia. Cool accents!

I love gaming, I'm a gaming nut. The first game I ever played was Super Mario World on the Nes. Good game, good game.

Ooh, I rambled a lot. Anyway, welcome to the forums! Hope you enjoy your stay.

We should chat more later. And your username is hilarious. Reminds me of the show, Cat-Dog.

Fedoras FTFW. Hell, I even named my little indie game company "Black Fedora Studios"!

I've always wanted to read the New York Times - what I've seen of it is full of wit and charm, but due to my geographical position, I'm deprived of it. But yes, I've always loved Mad and Far Side.

Australia is fun, but unfortunately, I'm on the West Side - the part which has little to no culture, and was only made to keep out the French (seriously!).

But YAH, ANYWAY - always lovely to have a greeting to a forum - makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing that I have someone to show me the ropes.

PS: People have said the Cat-Dog thing before! Little do they know... it's what I seriously used to call myself as a kid. I was an absolute nut as a kid, and little has changed. XD
