Enter Sandman was a story I wrote that is loosely based on the song of the same name sun by Metallica. When I say loosely, I mean in between every paragraph of story, I have a lyric from the song.
The plot is fairly simple. It is told from the perspective of an adult who is recounting his experiences with the dark as a child. He wonders how kids get to be afraid of the dark, when they were never taught to be.
