Strangest compliments I got are the one's that focus on a particular body part. One time, someone complimented how nicely shaped and sexy my legs were >_> My response, "......"
I find over the top compliments very strange, like "you're a cognitive genius..." >_< I'm not crazy about receiving compliments/flattery I don't readily deserve.
I'll screencap, next time.
Jenn: "John, you're the smexiest girly-curvy Black dude jerk I've ever met. :3"
Me: "I...Is that a compliment? D="
Jenn: "I see I'll have to try better than that if I want to win your heart over! >D"
/She so weird~
Hmm, this was really random. I was with my friends dining out late at night. A woman walking buy just rubbed the back of my head and said "Ooo, nice bald spot."
They sat a few tables down and she gave me a wink.
I am most confident she was drunk.
"You're so little, you look like a sophomore in high school."
I can't tell if that's a compliment. >_>
"You don't look young but you look mature for your age".
In all honesty, I dunno if it is a compliment or not.

"I love your hair..." (as she combs through it with her fingers)
"Hehe, thanks."
"I wish I had it." (still clinging to my hair)
"Uhhhhhhh"
____
"Wow, you look just like your brother!"

Its either a toss up between multiple people remarking that I look "JUST like Brendan Fraser!" like its something I've been working on in my spare time, or the one time one of my co-workers told me that "You know, you're really into all this nerdy, geeky stuff, but you also pass for normal most of the time!"
In both cases, walmart was the setting.
Make of that information what you will.
I was setting up my checking account not too long ago at this bank one Saturday and while I was being quiet writing down information, the lady helping me leaned in and whispered, "you look like Japanese cartoon boy...? Very cool" (with that sort of weird inflection). Another employee at the front desk also mentioned me looking anime. Not *entirely* sure what it means, but I took it as a compliment :/
Good thing my eyes aren't actually 1/3 the size of my face or something
