Personally, I don't feel that there is a "too old" range for the forum. I mean, can you ever be "too old" for a hobby you enjoy? The VAA is, for all intents and purposes a hobby, so no, I don't think you can ever be "too old" to act here on the forum-- or be on any forum-- unless you yourself feel that way. Which, quite honestly, you shouldn't feel that way.

I'm 25 and I'm still here. Granted I haven't done much VA stuff here in quite a while... The past year has been rather hectic.
